Much of HRW's allegations are based on such "evidence" given to them by "eyewitnesses" Trying to force the IDF to make public classified informaton on highly sensitive military operations based on such flimsy "evidence" would get you laughed out of court. I don't know on what basis you purport this evidence to be hearsay when nowhere in the report does it say that the wife knows of what she told Amnesty only from what someone else told her, and no matter the quality of her evidence, Israel is still compelled to release the evidence they used to target Dr. Thabet as they must fulfill a burden of proof demanded of the verdict and punishment on which they decided for Dr. Thabet.

The word "Palestinian" is found nowhere in the Old Testament nor the New Testament nor the Koran, so, yes, an invention.

Strangely enough, "Russian" isn't there either, so I guess Russia is just and invention. Nor do I recall the Old Testament, New Testament, or Koran mentioning anything about the New World. Gee, it's almost like all the world's countries are inventions of human beings.

Of course, if one can claim there is no such thing as a Palestinian, it becomes so much easier to deny rights to the Palestinian people.

So tell us, what is the correct name of the indigenous population of the British Palestinian mandate? And why should they be any less deserving of self-determination than any other people?

That was really and truly bizarre, posing as a 16 year old. In my experience, teenagers tend to shun this form of communication where strangers talk to strangers preferring instead to talk to people they actually know.

I missed the threads as they happened and only found out about what happened after the accounts were merged so i can't tell what was posted by which alias, but i did see Kenneth in quote form and he used the same 9.11 notation which I found interesting as it's usually represented as 9/11. It's small potatoes but I'll trust the judgement of the mods on this.

And trying to track down the origin of the "Jews Only" road sign report. That just seem to weird to have originated in Israel.
I checked out B'Tselem, looking for evidence that I could use to condemn them as "hard left" and found nothing. Left leaning, sure, but not freakshow left, I'll listen to what they have to say.

Parky, I wasn't trying to suggest that you said it.

I was working on the loose premise that B'Tselem might have said it and then changed their website to make it look like they didn't say it in response to criticism. I was thinking it would have been stupid for B'Tselem to say it in the first place since they're an outfit that functions in Israel and it's a statement that any Israeli could confirm the accuracy of by simply jumping in their car, driving a few miles, and reading for himself.

All I could find was some Australian author who apparently sold just over 300 books, then I ran into a dead end.
