A New Secret Cabal needed for TAM7

It's in San Antonio, which would be a slight detour from my planned route, and would mean the Tim-Tams would be traveling through west Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada for the better part of two days.

My Target has them and they (at least the chocolate/caramel) are quite good. I polished of my first pack between 4:30 AND 4:55 pm TODAY!!!
The batch in the store are "good" through Nov. so I plan to clean them out tomorrow. Anyone interested they are 3.39 a pkg. and I plan to send some for the AUCTION - so, somebody let me know where such goes.

What section are they in? Maybe I'm just missing them. I asked several employees and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Cookies - in the grocery section is where I found them. They are with Pepperidge Farm cookies - because here they are Pepp. Farm cookies.:)

You've not driven across West Texas in July, I take it.
central Texas in July - Houston North with a stop for Chocolate Pecan Pie in a town whose name eludes me right now. No problem with cold keeping at all. About 6/7 years ago on an SF con run out center US way.

ETA: As to West Texas, yes but further (12 or 13) years ago. No problems with any cold stuff in the vehicle either. It helps that I know the principles of insulation, I guess!

Hmmm, I think maybe I'll go hunting again.

Is this thread officially derailed now? :p

Food - especially good food - should never be considered a derail. And, frankly, neither should kittens, puppies, small children or Ships of Fail. But that's just one man's opinion.
