Truthers and the FDNY

Wow! That welding was carried out in 1978. Seven years since 9/11 and this is what the truthers can come up with? Truely amazing!

RedIbis will not answer this question. He probably won't answer the next one I ask him either.

Name one firefighter at the scene who thought there were bombs going off who changed his mind later after being told what to think.

Of course you try to frame the question that way. What I'm sure you don't want me to produce is one firefighter who described what he experienced as bombs going off.
I know RedIbis better than his own mama does! :D

What perplexes me is discerning what specific significance RedIbis sees in firefighters comparing their experience on 9/11 to bombs exploding. Unless those firefighters actually believed they heard, saw, or felt bombs exploding it is an utterly pointless argument. It is a non-argument. And RedIbis seems to present for no other reason than to use "bombs" and "firefighter" in the same sentence.

Logic and evidence don't matter for people like Red. All that matters is keeping up the fantasy.

My bold to remind you that this is a skeptic's forum, where belief is irrelevant. Unadulterated, immediate reports of what was heard, felt and seen is what's important.

Do you know what a simile is Red?

ETA

And is Nigro in on it, an incompetent sheeple, or a hero? Answer the question or you are a coward.

I can't decide if you are being willfully ignorant or not. It's hard to believe someone could be that dense, so I'm inclined to assume you take this position merely to be argumentative. Or maybe you really are that dense. Who knows.

Regardless, you're back to implying that these firefighters somehow edited or re-interpreted their immediate reactions to better suit the "official version". And once again, this either implies they were coerced into doing so, or are unable to recognize a controlled demolition when it happens right in front of them.

And before we begin another session of "The Intellectually Dishonest Boy Who Cried False Choice Fallacy", let me remind you that you've yet to provide another alternative, thus
rendering your sad little charade moot.

Witnesses often compare the sound of a tornado to that of an oncoming freight train.

What do you think, Red? Is there a chance that this village was destroyed by a freight train?

What the hail! Can't this board afford it's own bandwidth? I spent the better part of a Sunday getting nothing but BW error messages...what the hail kinda show are y'all running here?

Can't even afford your own BW? I'm going back to SF...because obviously y'all don't have your **** together.

LOL!!! Damn...I must have been really drunk after the superbowl party, because I don't even remember making this post! :) I guess I was frustrated with the "busy" error I was getting.

I guess that says something good about this board if I was frustrated about not being able to post. :)

I'll try to keep the drunk outbursts to a minimum.

My apologies,

Mac

Welcome to the forum Mac.

I found your comment on "Unfamiliar events require familiar descriptors" comments to be very valid.

For instance, when the Anchor (I cannot remember which, Dan Rather of Pete Jennings) said the building came down like a demolition, it was the same thing. If the only way you have ever seen a building collapse is from a controlled demolition, then that is how you are going to describe a building collapse, regardless of what brought it down.

TAM:)

Has RedIbis produced his firefighter yet?

No?

I'm shocked, shocked, shocked I tell you!

Did you know that the FDNY are all cowards and liars afraid to tell the truth about how 343 of their own died because we might make fun of them? Well, Christopher7 sure does! And lucky for us uninformed sheeple, he's not afraid to tell the world:
How explicit do they have to get before you will admit that they are, at very least, "suggesting" the collapse was indicative of a controlled demolition?

This doesn't qualify?
"It looked like it was a timed explosion"
or this?
"
It seemed like on television they blow up these buildings."
or this?
"
Then this flash just kept popping all the way around the building and that building had started to explode."
or
"It was if they had detonated, [unintelligible] they planned to take down a building."

Seriously,if a NY firefighter came right out and
said it was a CD, what would happen to him? Would he get Dixie Chicked? You betcha! You, and a lot of notable TV personalities would be calling him a loon or worse.

Christopher7, I salute you. Soldier on, brave patriot.

I have evidence of the mass murder of 3000 innocents including some of my close friends, but I'm not going to tell anyone because PEOPLE MIGHT TEASE ME AND CALL ME NAMES.

Red is back. Hey Red, is Daniel Nigro in on it, an incompetent sheeple, or a hero? Or are you too much of a coward to answer?

So firefighters who say that the fires in WTC7 were huge, or raging infernos, or fully involved or among the largest the FDNY have ever dealt with are correct then?
