I for one, will state, one again, my Pattyblindness.

I can't see any bulging muscles....

I see only a play of light and shadows.

I can't see moving toes....

I see only a blur.

I can't see any extreme fluidity of movements....

Thank you very much, Correa, for the statements. I'll add them to my collection! :)

Oh, Sweaty, by all means, feel free to do so!

But please not that I will, once again, add the above to my ever growing collection of Sweaty's evasions and poorly-built arguments.

Have you managed to demonstrate that what you claim to be bulging muscles ae not just a play of light and shadows?
No.
Please do so, if you can. Don't forget to add the methodology and criteria you used.

Have you managed to demonstrate the extreme fluidity of movements and the not-yet-matched realism?
No.

As usually, you have not addressed the core issues. You just made claims and pretended other people must see what you see and take your words for granted. Sorry boy, not here. Reliable evidence, sound methodology and reasonings/conclusions based on the former are needed here.

I guess I'm not only Pattyblind, since I am also having big problems finding anything usefull within your arguments...

Sweaty, you really should do this gif with #3, 4 & 5. Even better, it would be #2, 3, 4, 5 & 6.

No.

Uhhhhhhh.......no, I have not.

Do I need to?

Uhhhhhhh.......no, I do not.

Why not?

Uhhhhhhh.......'cause most folks have brains. ;)

I found something interesting while browsing through my copy of Daniel Cohen's book, The Greatest Monsters in the World, to get some information for a post in the "yeti hair" thread. According to the list of sources for the pictures used, a picture/frame from the PGF is credited as coming from Robert E. Gimlin. From what I can tell, the book was copyrighted in 1975, but the Pocket Books edition was published in February 1977. I forget, when exactly did Gimlin and Dahinden work out their little deal?

Damn Sweaty that's a super calf muscle! Its time for the costume camp to demonstrate a costume buldging just like a muscle. Oh and they should try and produce one circa 1967.

New Patterson-Gimlin BF Footage?

Not sure if this has been seen before...

Howsabout Dfoot's old experiment using foam rubber and fake fur, both of which were available in the 60's? I don't have the link handy, but I'm sure someone else will post it.

Did Dfoot's experiment show movement and muscle definition? Or just definition? The second one is easier to produce but that PGF frame is pretty good with regards to movement. There also another frame showing the left leg's calf muscles buldging. Its not just a case of one isolated instance. There's calf movement shown on both legs at different times.

Thank you, Crowlogic! :) I'm glad you can see it too....I was starting to think that my imagination was getting the best of me! ;)

As for the 'costume camp'.....they talk a good line...but I doubt any one of them will ever be able to reproduce that kind of 'apparent muscle bulging' with a padded leg.

It really is a laugh....a "skeptic" can say it's a cheap, crappy, obvious suit....but yet, after saying this for years and years.....and, years....they can't reproduce anything like it.
But....not only can they not reproduce the suit in it's entirety....they can't even reproduce ONE single part of the suit (such as a bulging calf muscle).

And, to take it even one step further....down this laughable road....they can't even say they could reproduce one example of it's movements.

But, somehow, Roger...with a little help from the "sun and shadows" trickery....managed to create the original, the one and only....Patty NoSuit.

And for the punch line of all punch lines...no one anywhere has ever been able to produce a real bigfoot......ever. Which makes..like...zero sense...for a real creature, anyway. Pretty standard op for the imaginary ones though.

But yeah, you're right....Patty isn't a costume....she's a real bigfoot. :yikes:
