Our friend here has one problem he cannot get around.Read this......
The National Security Agency collects, processes and disseminates foreign Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
NSA's SIGINT mission provides our military leaders and policy makers with intelligence to ensure our national defense and to advance U.S. global interests. This information is specifically limited to that on foreign powers, organizations or persons and international terrorists
http://www.nsa.gov/sigint/index.cfm
Thats all you need to know to call BS on our friend!
To be fair, NSA very well could have access to military air control frequencies. Although it doesn't make any sense whatsoever for them to be interpreting and analyzing it. That radio traffic would probably be archived at NEADS/NORAD. NSA has their hands full with foreign stuff, and I don't really see why they would be analyzing I.E. decrypting our own military air control channels. There are agencies that will do periodic snooping of UNCLAS email/radio circuits and some that are classified higher for purposes of monitoring OPSEC disclosures, but the individual services operate these - not the NSA. All the same, I'm sure they are engaged in quite a bit more than what the mission statement on their website entails.
But don't worry...the whistle has been thrown and the flag is high in the air.
