I never said your test was acceptable.
You are missing a couple of things that would motivate me to take your test.
Or make it possible.
These are things being taken into consideration for the JREF Challenge.
Best Wishes,
Jim
No I could do it.
But why would I go to the trouble?
-Jim
Cowing the JREF with the the same effort your Phenomenom performance took would make an internet sensation. The publicity alone for your challenge or the JREF's MDC would be amazing. But nevermind that, the important things are...
- you will not take my test.
- you would not accept the offer of Chad Sanborn who accepted your $25,000 challenge and your rules.
- If I understand correctly, you are
not considering taking the MDC.
- You make a strong statement of confidence on your website to successfully pass Angel's challenge of what was in his
envelope and take his money.
- Here you state you
could discern the name of my father in the
envelope.
- Here you have also stated:
I never said I could tell what was in an envelope.
I understand now perfectly. I wish you luck in reworking your own challenge and successfully getting James Randi, the JREF, or anyone to accept a test of your design for your claims.
To everybody reading this thread,
I absolutely implore every single JREF forum member to abandon any further engagement of Jim Callahan regarding any challenges whether they be the MDC, his own challenge to the JREF, or any other challenge. Personally I would recommend not engaging him at all.
Callahan is playing with you and every time you engage him about his abilities, you further the desired effect of his game. Don't bother to express any doubt to him, to imply he can not do as he claims, that he is lying, that he is lazy... anything. Just leave him be.
It takes the most minimal of efforts for Callahan to play with you like a kitten and string. This little post:
No I could do it.
But why would I go to the trouble?

...was designed to ensure your continued involvement in his game with zero effort by him. He writes two little sentences to guarantee that you will keep jumping at the string he's dangling.
Don't do it. Don't be a sucker. Don't let Jim Callahan make a pony of the JREF.
One single swipe at his string and you are a pony.
daSkeptic is right, pantaz is right, don't feed the beast. Starve it out.
RoboTimbo, Azrael 5, Paul, skeen, Pogo, jimtron, Jeff Corey, Gord_In_Toronto, Bob Klase, Mostly Harmless , Arus 808, myself, and any other JREF member who has fed the beast.... Starve it out!
If you see someone post and engage Callahan, feeding the beast, just write "don't feed the beast, don't make a pony of the JREF," and link to this post.
