OK, men are bad because we have a dick, is that your point?
You're so full of false assumptions, Pardalis. Too bad. It really interferes with your ability to communicate in the forum. She said "assault", which is not necessarily "rape". But she seems to want to confuse the two in order to make men the only possible evildoers.
She starts the thread asking for examples of "sexual assault", which is very broad, and then asks for the very specific case of "adult women raping adult men".
Other than child molesting which is being counted as rape/assault in this thread, could someone please tell me how an adult woman rapes an adult man?

So in this case where a woman would be more powerful than the man, managed to keep the gun aimed on him during the act, and of course the guy would need to have an erection, highly unlikely in those circumstances, it still has to be absurdly rare.Threatens the man with bodily harm if he fails to do the deed. I have read of cases like that. i.e. "I've got a gun and if you don't......I'll shoot you."
I'd say I had similar risk factors and considering I only experienced the one assault and two threatened date rapes I'm not surprised you had zero incidents.Thirteen years ago I was involved in a female only spiritual group and it turned out of the 9 regular members, 6 had been sexually assaulted/raped. I was flabbergasted. That was the first time anyone I knew had been assaulted (I was 33 at the time).
This is going to be a horrendous assertion but if I managed to not get assaulted in all my years of drinking, drugging, hitchhiking, and going home with casual pick-ups, it's astounding to me that it seems to happen to others so often. I don't mean kids or young teens, of course, but apparently I lived a phenomenally fortunate life and/or never ran into the scum that others have. Consequently, I have limited understanding of what such an assault means to those who've experienced it.
While I dislike your political views and find a lot of your posts needlessly negative toward me, I assure you I am no man hater. Quite the contrary. But excuse me if I find it a little hard to accept how a woman could physically force a man to have sex. The movie "Three in an Attic" comes to mind. Even that plot couldn't quite make the guy into a forcible rape victim as is being suggested here.
Not everyone views groping as assault. On the continuum here I was more interested in the assault end of the spectrum than the harassment end.Again, do you mean rape or sexual assault?

What's your point?
A definition might be appropriate.
In most states, as in ours, there are a variety of crimes and levels of those crimes.
We have, at the lowest level, "sexual abuse". Sexual abuse includes inappropriate touching, groping, and so forth. It is divided into first, second, third degree.
Then there is "sexual assault", again in degrees.
And finally rape, which must by legal definition involve penetration. Rape may be aggravated by use of a weapon, or if accompanied by physical battery, and so forth.
Sexual assault is a broader category that the Justice Department uses to classify rape, attempted rape, and other violent felonies that fall short of rape. Rape is defined as forced vaginal, oral, or anal penetration.
According to the Wiki article on rape:So in this case where a woman would be more powerful than the man, managed to keep the gun aimed on him during the act, and of course the guy would need to have an erection, highly unlikely in those circumstances, it still has to be absurdly rare.
Sticking something up his bum is possible, but about as likely as serial women killers. They exist but are pretty rare compared to male serial killers.

In the first BBC case the woman was guilty of helping hold a victim during a gang rape. The victim was female. If we are talking legal definitions of rape, then in England and Wales at least, it is impossible for a woman to rape someone, since the definition specifies that rape means forced penetration of the mouth, vagina or anus by the perpetrator's penis.
However, despite this, in rare circumstances women have been found guilty of rape:

Other convictions of women for rape outside the UK:

I really don't know if these cases are as rare as they seem, or whether there is more under-reporting.

Again, you're dismissing another case, on the grounds that it may be "faked"...In the LasikBlog story I can't find any corroborating evidence. It's plausible but fake story also comes to mind. I couldn't find any Jefferson County Judge named Timothy Randall on a Google search except the one in the article. There are several Jefferson Counties in the US.
Which is sexual assault and rape. Your choice of words is telling, you are downplaying it.In the last link you have what I guess is about the only way this supposedly can happen, guy is asleep, wakes to womanhaving sex with himraping him.
Skeptigirl said:How do you not wake up sooner and how do you keep an erection if you truly are not consenting? "The Bergen district court also ordered her to pay 40,000 kroner (£3,340) in compensation," and one has to wonder how that played into his claim, "The man said the episode left him with insomnia and virtually no interest in sex. He also described it as a breach of trust that had crushed his faith in people."
