Why is the Supreme Court deciding about whales vs. sonar?


Either Congress intended it to apply to the military, or it didn't. This issue should not be in the Supreme Court. Congress should grow balls and specify it, otherwise shut the hell up both them and the court.

Why is the Supreme Court deciding about whales vs. sonar?


Either Congress intended it to apply to the military, or it didn't. This issue should not be in the Supreme Court. Congress should grow balls and specify it, otherwise shut the hell up both them and the court.

I decision must be made. If Congress won't update the law then the Supreme Court needs to clear up the ambiguity. What is the alternative?
