From the Gulf Daily News (Bahrain) Saturday 12th April 2008:
Intelligence agent shot dead
ISLAMABAD: Gunmen in a car shot dead an intelligence agent in Pakistan's north-western Charsadda town yesterday. Khaliq Khan, head of the Intelligence Bureau in Charsadda, was killed on his way home after prayers.
Now, if that isn't as good a proof you'll ever get that either prayer doesn't work and/or that this "god-entity" has a supremely sick motive I don't know what would be. Or, of course, Mr Khan could have simply omitted to pray for his life. Perhaps his mind wandered, and god just shuffled his feet. Yes, that could be a plausible explanation. How unfortunate.
