POSITIVE EVIDENCE for WTC7 Controlled Demolition

They found iron, aluminum, sulfur, manganese and fluorine – the chemical evidence of thermate,
Darn, all found in the WTC and most are found in humans. Plus concrete. Plus many other objects. Why do people mention thermite made up by Jones 4 (FOUR) years after 9/11?

What? Wait... Lefty (and other firefighters): Wouldn't the fact that it was oxygen starved argue for the time the temps lasted for? After all, if there was a plethora of oxygen, then the fire would've burned at a faster rate, therefore would've peaked and fell quicker (assuming it went through it's fuel).

Am I right? I know I'm oversimplifying here, but don't O2-starved fires normally have the capability to burn for a long time? I'm thinking of the underground coal seams in Pennsylvania as well as that "burning mountain" Gumboot referenced in that other thread as my examples. And, given that in all cases (the coal seam fires and the WTC rubble) they're under all sorts of debris (or rock), and therefore in a somewhat insulative environment, then they would indeed get quite hot. Slowly, but inevitably. Am I right?

Wait, you actually believe this stuff? I thought you were just posting it as a joke! Did you even catch the part about "positive evidence" in the OP?

Show me some wires, detonators, timers, remote devices, or any piece of forensic evidence that one might expect to find in a controlled demolition site.

They found iron, aluminum, sulfur, manganese and fluorine – the chemical evidence of thermate, a high-tech incendiary cutting charge used by the military to cut through steel like a hot knife through butter. The by-product of the thermate reaction is molten iron! There's no other possible source for all the molten iron that was found. One of thermate's key ingredients is sulfur, which can form the liquid eutectic that FEMA found and lower the melting point of steel.

Using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy to investigate steel, if you find iron, you will find an energy signature appearing to be fluorine. If you don't know what you're doing, and are too committed to confirming your pet theory, you will never consider the alternative. That's why Jones is a fraud.

Just as a side note, finding aluminum and manganese in steel is like finding sugar in a children's cereal. Neither are sufficient to identify thermite as a compound different from anything you would normally find in steel. Check NIST's SRMs on steel, cast steel, white cast iron and so on. All of those elements, with the exception of fluorine, are extremely common in steels and cast iron.

You forgot evildoers' gloating confessions right before the heroes burst the chains or ropes or whatever. Or if it is McGyver, him escaping by means of... Oh, you can make it up. A kazoo, a 78-rpm recording of the Barry Sisters singing "It's Pesakh Time in Dixieland," and an autographed picture of Guy Lombardo and his Royal Canadians. (Damn! This is what comes of being married to a professional musician.)

Are the best forms of evidence in my opinion.

1. core rubble temperatures would have been hotter than the surface yet oxygen starved....hard to account for given the time the temperatures lasted for.

Metal oxides, reactive metals, carbon, chlorides, H2O Hydrogen, reactions started in the towers would have conintued under the rubble.
2. thinned steel/presence of sulfur...again, hard to account for and dubbed "the greatest mystery"

Low temperature sulfidication less than 520c, high sulfur diesel fuel, sulfuric acid, and calcium sulfate drywall.

3. near free-fall collapse into footprint and almost symmetrical. again, hard to account for given 6.5 collapse time. (~.5 seconds faster than freefall)

Carbon monoxide-Carbon-Diesel fuel vapor blast takes out lower cantilever beam structure that is already failing do to over loading by debris causing rapid collapse.

4. appeal to authority

No appeal to authority needed.

Then you have no case.

Oxygen starved according to whom? Do you know where most of the fire was, and how deep? I do. I hate to plug my site again, but....

How many times do you have to be told to do your homework, rather than making assumptions? Why haven't you learned this lesson yet?

Okay, Sizzler:

A) What melted the aluminum wheels on the cars in the garages? Do you think the evil conspirators ran around putting thermate on car wheels?

B) How do high temperatures and lengthy fires in the piles fit into ANY explosive demolition or thermite/thermate scenario?

2. thinned steel/presence of sulfur...again, hard to account for and dubbed "the greatest mystery"
And as you know, not evidence of explosives, and a contraindication for high-temperature incendiaries.

3. near free-fall collapse into footprint and almost symmetrical. again, hard to account for given 6.5 collapse time. (~.5 seconds faster than freefall)
Do you say this out of dishonesty or ignorance? The building took a minimum of 13.5 seconds to collapse, and probably more than 15 seconds.

4. appeal to authority
You should try paying attention to expertise, and rejecting ignorance and incompetence.

Will you, Sizzler? And can you explain why you need to be continually told this?

Calcium fluoride, potassium fluoride, sulfur, and all the rest are common trace elements in steel from the steel making process.
Aluminum will be found in all aluminum killed steels. Looks to me like some one found just what should be there.

Let's see what you Truthers have got.

The rules are simple:

(1) If you post ONE (1) piece of positive evidence that WTC7 was destroyed by controlled demolition, you automatically win. I'll see if I can think of some sort of prize to give you.

(2) Any use of the argument from incredulity fallacy means you automatically lose. You must repeat "I fail at life" three times before you may try again.

Go.

1. You will think of a prize to give away before:

2. Any truther comes up with any tangible evidence of controlled demolition or:

3. Repeat 3 times they fail at life.

Sizzler earns Stundie points for honestly suggesting that appeal to authority counts as "positive evidence".

Hey, while we're at it, appeal to emotion, appeal to ignorance, and appeal to pity now count as "positive evidence" too.

4. appeal to authority

1. Please explain how controlled demolition/thermite makes this phenomenon any easier to explain. Please also explain for me the definition of "POSITIVE evidence".

2. Again, I'd like for you to explain what this is POSITIVE EVIDENCE for, especially considering that there are quite a few things in this world that can leave behind sulfur. I'd also like to know who is dubbing it "the greatest mystery"

3. Stop making stuff up. You know the only way it is even possible for something to fall FASTER than freefall is for rocket engines to be attached to the top of it.

4. You have been nominated for a Stundie! GRATS GRATS GRATS

so how does controlled demolition account for a faster-than-freefall collapse?

they could have used this

Do we seriously have a "faster than freefaller" in our midst? I'd have sworn those were extinct!
