People are not born "gay". Homosexuality is a behavior people engage in and a lifestyle that a person chooses to adopt. People are born black, it is not a lifestyle or a choice unlike homosexuality so your comparsion between the two is not valid.

Homosexuality and pedophilia are not analogous situations because society does not deem a child able to make an informed decision about participation in sexual activities.

Say you have three people, a man (X), a woman (Y), and a child (Z). The possible two-party sexual relationships are XY, XZ, and YZ. XY is acceptable, XZ and YZ are not. Both the man and the woman are being afforded and denied the same rights.

But assume Z is another man. Now YZ is also acceptable. If XZ remains unacceptable, then we have created a disparity in the rights of X and Y. X is being denied something allowed to Y. What you are saying is that women can do something men cannot. It is sexual discrimination, pure and simple.

What's more, it's sexual discrimination against men! It amazes me this was ever tolerated. We're supposed to be in charge here, damn it!
