First, watch this...

Now, let's discuss.

I say no.

Moonlight is simply reflected sunlight, polarized by reflection IIRC (and I may very well be mistaken on that one), and according to that paragon of information Wikipedia, about 1/400 000 (or .00025%) as intense as sunlight.

Of course, anyone wishing to study this is highly encouraged to publicize their (preferably) double blind study (and repeatable) results, but from the video, I don't think the 'gentleman practitioner' in question is going to bother with that.

Your feelings on this matter?

Roughly 5X Homeopathic solar energy? - must cure loads of things! Sunburn, heat exhaustion, etc etc

Skip softly, my moonbeams, avoid being seen
Pretend that, perhaps, you are part of a dream
Which, seen by such other person as me,
would only glow smiling and nod and agree.

Skip softly, my moonbeams, for I have heard tell
that the stairs up to heaven lead straight down to hell
that pride is the last thing which comes before fall
I'd as soon talk to you as make love to a wall.

Moonbeams are great, particularly the beams from a full moon. I clean my crystals that way. I hang them from a tree during full moon.

Ya' know? That's funny when viewed as a wisecrack made by a skeptic. But it's scary, too, 'cause I don't know you well enough to know for sure that you aren't serious - and I can easily imagine a woo who'd believe it.

Ol' Moonbeam McSwine could heal lethargy. 'Course, you might have to shove the pig outta the way.

Moonbeams aren't even effective hyperbole in 1960's hippy music, let alone as a device to heal.
