Rob Balsamo at DU:

He is probably in a frothing-mad mode due to sinking his last couple of hundred bucks into his DVD's. Word of mouth has been very poor concerning his shtick.

It's a tad funny if you think about it. Trying to scam people out of hard-earned dough and being stuck with loads of unsellable product.

Don't forget the $80 he had to pay to try to get his "press release" out in order to pretend that it was actually picked up by legitimate media sources. That had to seriously cut into his budget, too. :D

Pfft. I can bench press you, AW.... (insert rolling on the floor laughing my butt off smiley here :p )

Edit to add: for those who don't get the joke, see Belz...' award thread :D

I wonder how much money they have tied up in all this crap. I'm sure the company that makes it must have a min. order. I would tend to doubt they would produce it on spec.

Cafepress is print on demand. They have a 'shop fee' and then you earn by the order. They only make these suckers one at a time. My fencing group was able to make shirts with individual fencers names on them using cafepress.

It is funny how Lyte, and JDX always come in here, or go to DU, complaining about "anonymous Keyboard commandos" when both of them spent a LONG TIME, just the same, hidden behind their user names as they spread their hatred.
Not only that, but that his user name for all that time was "John Doe X." I mean, even his user name made the statement that he was hiding behind it, remaining anonymous. Most people pick a user name that is related to their real name, or something that reflects their interests, but his simply declared that he was anonymous.

Good point. It makes him all the more hypocritical...Why am I not surprised.

Well to be fair, every time a truther has come forward with his/her real name the government has (snort) gone after them with their (cough) black op teams and... and ah...tapped their phones, put them in a secret prison (ahem cough cough) or use disinfo agents to... BWAAAAHAHAHAHA! OMG!!! I peed a little.

He's missing out on a boffo punchline, though: "I have an extensive collection of over nine hundred 9-11 Truth DVDs, 700 of which I produced myself."

The Internet needs more Thoreau memes, anyway.

His near singular focus on a "real debate" lends creedance to the thought that the evidence, the "truth", is secondary to his desire to "Be somebody", to "beat the JREFers".

Like I said, if they were honest to goodness researchers, they wouldn't even have time, or the bother, to debate...

The ineffectiveness of his idea of a real debate, (ie.face-to-face Isay-yousay) on such technical matters as the proper way to plot the FDR data, has been pointed out many, many times to him. It seems that his desire is soley to be in the same room as his 'tormentors'.

Someone above said that RB's real idea of a 'proper dabate' is probably a fistfight and I have to say that is likely not far off the mark.

I made specific suggestions of ways to get his message to a wider audience and had them summarily rejected. So it seems he is also specifically not interested in getting his message' out to the general public, instead choosing to pander to his own believers and lap up the admiration.

He may however simply be one of those people who cannot, will not take any suggestions from others, whose ego prevents them from doing so.

you hit the nail on the head. It is about being a "leader" in that warped communtiy of 9/11 truth. That is why he wants the video debate...or the phone debate, so he can display it to all of the truthers to perhaps garnish himself a few fans.

How does he expect to get fans when you have to register to even read his forum, and he bans most of those that sign up before they even make their first post?

You sign up and if you display the hallmarks of a JDX fan or at least will not critique their "truth" at all then you get to stay.

Any dissent towards any of the doctrine adhered to by the PfT administration will result in eventual banning.

One can in fact be banned by promoting "twoof" that the PfT's do not believe such as the zaniness that is Killtown's.
