reading another thread "Ding, Dong...", I was alerted to the fact that there was an interview of Hitchens on Anderson Cooper.

I thought it was actually quite good. Cooper let Hitchens speak his mind without undue interuptions and was very polite. It is far from the theater of O'Reiley and his nonsense.
One interesting point was hitchens claim that he'd "miss religion" if it were gone. I would be interested to know what he would miss about it, if it was the cultural influences, the whipping post it serves for him, or something else.
