Quite a few problems with this assertion:

1) Finding an accurate way to determine how soon enough this video was taken.

2) Figuring out where the C-130 is supposed to be.

3) Understanding video quality.

But it does not.

Therefore proving it was not taken soon enough to show the flyover.

Argument from ignorance. It could also be proving that the video was not "soon enough", or was not pointed in the right direction, or the plane was too far to be noticeable in that quality. Claiming that because you don't see it in this video without any kind of an argument is certainly like you, but it's not rational.

If I remember correctly, the plane diverted immediately after the crash. Still, there are photos, eyewitness accounts, and corroborating testimony which prove it was there.
 
Well Lyte does claim that his movie will result in charges being filed and people brough to court!

No doubt only because of the wicked CG, superb narration, and breathtaking editing. The evidence apparently can't speak for itself.
 
Come on guys we all know why Lyte isn't reporting this to the authorities. There can only be two reasons:

a) He knows he will not personally gain from doing so. Making a movie would be much more satisfying wouldn't it lyte?

b) He knows he is wrong.

Apparently you don't get it. The c-130 is ENTIRELY relevant to the flyover and the point you are trying to make with this footage.

You really should research a topic before you attempt to debate it.

So you have done zero research in regards to the c-130 and you are 100% admitting that there is ZERO reason we should expect to see a flyover in this footage. Got it!

I see.....so you are suggesting it behaved exactly like the flyover would have once again demonstrating why the footage you have submitted does not show the flyover just as it does not show the c-130.

Simultaneously with the release to the public.

There is a mountain of evidence that has been marginalized and ignored by the media and the authorities so we intend to make sure that this information is available to everyone.

There is no current investigation.

I predict there will be a grand jury this year.

Good of you to withhold evidence make sure the video had nice looking text and CGI. After all, what's the truth without neat lookin' CGI?

By the way, can you answer the following for me?

  1. Does all your evidence consist of eyewitness testimony?
  2. If not, does a large portion of your evidence consist of eyewitness testimony?
  3. If so, why do you ignore all eyewitness testimony that says the plane did hit the pentagon?
  4. Why are there no eyewitness reports of the plane as it flew away from the pentagon?
  5. Finally, why do you ignore all physical evidence that proves that a 757 did hit the Pentagon on 9/11?
This physical evidence is inclusive of, but not limited to:
  • Bodies of passengers that are verified through DNA
  • The large hole in the pentagon
  • The large amount of Plane Debris found littered around the pentagon lawn and inside the building (some of it with part of the logo on it)
  • The light poles

I have many more questions about your hypothesis.


Finally, one more question: When will the video be released?

Anyway that aside, what will you do Lyte?

Seriously what will you do when you finally release this earth shattering evidence and the dastardly plot is exposed?
Do you honestly think that nobody will be concerned about who you are? I should imagine lots and lots of people will wish to talk to you. People like US law enforcement agents may want to know why it took you so long to make your new evidence available, why you never took it to them, why you with held it.
Other people, like the main stream media will be falling over themselves to talk to you, you will be a super star, wanted by every chat show on the planet. Are you ready for this?
You may well have to explain your actions to those who were directly involved, are you ready to face them, explain why you choose to make a DVD, rather than contact them straight away?
And what about the court case that will surely follow, are you prepared to go forward? Are you prepared to testify? Are your new witnesses?
You will not be able to be Mr. anonymous any more; you will be the dead centre of a **** storm.
Are you ready for this Lyte? Got all your angles covered?

Wrong.

There is no ongoing investigation.

The case has been closed since osama bin laden has been deemed the perpetrator.

I would be thrilled to go to jail because the evidence we have uncovered with dogged diligence has been proven to be valid.

O.k, so you won't answer most of my questions. But I have a few easy ones:

When will the video be out?
Is the entirety of your evidence eyewitness testimony?


And a slightly longer one: Let's say that the plane did fly the different flight path, for the sake of argument. How did you come to the conclusion that it flew over the pentagon, rather than hitting it? Sounds like speculation to me.

For the most part yes but the Researcher's Edition covers everything about the Pentagon.

Because it is physically impossible for the plane to have toppled the light poles and cause the damage to the building as outlined in the ASCE report.
 
How do you explain that your "investigation" looks more like an advertising campaign than a real criminal investigation?
