You say that NIST is not proof - it is up to you to PROVE that NIST is not proof.

Why, for gosh sake, do you keep posting on this board if you can't stand anyone on it? You seem to be soooooo angry that you don't have power over us, or probably anyone in the real world.

If you are so sure you're right, then do something about it. Make your own movie, set up a foundation, become a scientist. But you'll never get what you want here.

Before the thread is put to rest, I wanted to say that I have looked at the Truthers' responses to our questions--and I thank them for their efforts.

The questions were an attempt to get CT's to question their assumptions. But we know they can't do this. So the "answers" are mostly elaborations of the usual fantasies and outright refusals to answer the question. I'm sure neither the Truthers nor the JREF ninjas are surprised at this. But I think asking these questions is a useful way to pinpoint the major points of disagreement between Truthers and normal people.

Q: Why do Truthers disregard experts hired by the government, but unquestioningly accept the testimony of firemen who said they heard explosions in the Towers? Firemen work for the government. Shouldn't we ignore them, too?

If the 9/11 Commission report was meant as a "whitewash," why does it contain so many omissions? Wouldn't a deliberate whitewash try to answer all possible questions, so as to allay suspicion? Why leave so many holes in a document meant to cover up all the holes, and doesn't this essentially prove that 9/11 was not an inside job?

Why don't you pay your traffic fines?

Why was there so much "prior knowledge"? If you're planning a hoax, you don't want your own people warning you of the job you are in fact committing.

The people who were warned were not aware of the attacks. They were people the conspirators wanted to protect.
