I should hope so. If this were not possible, we'd all be crazy--the government usually doesn't agree with itself on what is true.
To qualify as a whistleblower at all, this person has to have special inside knowledge of some kind of wrongdoing within an organization. That is, they have to be a first-hand witness to the wrongdoing, not a peripheral player making speculations based on rumors or interpretations of events.
To qualify as sane, the charges must be based in reality and not be the product of unwarranted paranoia.
To qualify as reliable, the charges must be corroborated in some way--by other people willing to talk, by physical/documentary evidence, or preferably by both.

Just as a snide aside, a couple of months ago were were staying at a posh(ish) hotel in the Highlands when a coachload of late middle aged American tourists arrived. Every single one of them cut up their food at the beginning, like wee kids, then just ate it all with a fork (and the other elbow on the table).
My favourite moment was when an English tourist (I suspect deliberately) very loudly told his 5 or 6 year old son not to do exactly the same thing and to "learn to eat properly".
Hey, unfair stereotyping! We don't ALL use forks.

I thought that natureboy claimed it didn't work. Whatever.
They were arming themselves for a mass invasion, but it was going to take a few days to get their massive evidence ready. I believe some of them were preparing for a January 8th date, but that may have been put off for something more important like worshipping the ground the Loose Change creators walk on or something.

See that's the cunning bit, if we use the Valleys - and I really like the phrase "the Bedwellty Base" - then we can use the old coal mines and get a head start!
Plus the Valleys are so depressed that we'll get a grant for eomploying people!!!
