Well, a bloody great passenger jet with a hell of alot of fuel on board crashd into the tower at a tremendous speed cutting through a number of exterior columns and spewing it's wreckage through the tower causing additional damage to the core columns and the floor trusses and the fire protection to the remaining realtively undamaged structure.

A fire then raged unchecked in a number of locations sufficiently hot to weaken the steel and melt aluminium from the cladding and the plane

After a period of time, this weakening of the steel structure began to cause the floor trusses to sag and pull the outer columns inwards until the connections at the top and bottom of the outer column sections failed, leading to the floor trusses crashing down throughout the building which in turn caused the exterior columns to fail catastrophically with a large mass of debris progressing down through them and forcing them down and outwards.

The interior core columns, also damaged by fire and impact, and no longer restrained upright by the floor trusses began to rotate and snap through a combination of debris crashing down against them and the rotation they experienced as gravity pull them out of upright.

oh....... did someone mention thermite? Can't see the need for it....

See, that right there is the problem. As I've mentioned before, all the CTists seem to believe that, yes, in fact, "X looks like Y, therefore X is Y" is a valid argument.

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to disabuse them of that notion. And apparently, neither does anyone else.....

What would falsify your theory of controlled demolition? What would constitute evidence that would, to you, strongly contradict if not conclusively disprove your thermite theory?
 
Is this what your arguement has come to 28th? A petty arguement over semantics because you don't understand a simile?

Exactly, not to mention the logistics of planting explosives.

Who planted the explosives? Government demolition experts or private ones? How long did it take?
How did they gain access to the WTC? Did someone show up as a building inspector and demand a few unannounced fire drills or was the WTC management in on it?
What about these bomb-sniffing dogs that were supposedly removed from duty at the WTC a few days before the attacks? Were these dogs NYPD?
Who actually pulled the switch on 9/11? Where was this person located?
