WHERE IS THE logic? LOYAL OFFICIALS? UM, if they were so-called...loyal...I guess they wouldn't whistleblow would they? You make no sense...in your world...it's not even possible to have a credible whistleblower...look at those peoples' credentials....I mean...they're not exactly janitors in the navy.

No one is saying that the investigations didn't meet with their own problems and hurdles. The fact that these reports are OUT, means they worked through those problems and hurdles to get their answers.
