Bumper sticker. . .(shudder)

You know, it might be worth it to go back to Church, except when people like Kathy start talking about Hell, and who they think is going there, they actually sound as if they're groovin' on the thought of you spending eternity in a place where your flame is not quenched, and your worm does not turn. (Note to self: If destined for Hell, bring Viagra.)

I mean, for a belief system which focuses on the glories of a life eternal, how the hell do you justify the near giddiness some people feel over the suffering of others? Enough, please.
 
RT, I loved that "republican" one. :p

There's one on the sidebar that I have as a sticker, stuck to my college ID card case:

"Excuse me, but I have minds to twist and values to warp."

It became my official "philosophy of education." :p
 
Two plaques we have in our house:

Kind of. The Humor denizens (well, mainly Hawk) have this thing about me wearing a hat. When Halloween was over, I went back to a Giger print for my Avatar (I'd been using a snippet from a Marillion album), and either elaine or orpha nay modifed it for me. I like it, I think I'll keep it for a while.

I contributed to this thread months back. I was never able to find another bumper sticker like I saw. Evidently a student printed a few up and it was forgotten about. So I made my own of my favorite phrase:

That may have been the post that spurred me to join this forum. When initiating my account I established my signature line thusly:

So many Christians;
Too few Lions;
Not nearly enough Lion hunting permits to go around.

I established it in huge, blue letters. It worked. I got lots of incoming flak from the anti-Christianity legions here.

So long as you put the blame on the Lions and not the those who threw the Christians to the lions because lord knows we can't judge the morals of the people back then by todays standards.
 
To be totally fair, those of us who attack relgion tend to attack them all. Granted, Christianity get's its fair share of the lumps, but it is the most common. There just aren't enough Taoists around to argue with.
