He always shoots them first then grills them using a secret marinade he stole from Vlad Tepes when they went to TU way back when. He adds tequila, lime, garlic, onion, tomatillo, sea salt, chipotle pepper, cumin, paprika, and cilantro and lets it sit overnight. He serves it with roasted corn on the cob and some Goya Mexican rice. I hear it's the only way to serve small child. But I still think it's horribly wrong.
