I host my own forums, I don't have to worry about someone shutting them down.
Simply get a copy of the forums database information, like posts and members for example... then install Invision Power Board to the website server, and upload the database information. You will have a much better version of this board, as the free one is 1.3, and the latest is like 2.1. Plus all members, posts, threads, etc.. will be transfered over. That way invisionfree isn't bossing Loose Change around, removing one issue.
Now, it isn't expensive to host a forum, so that shouldn't be an excuse. Anyways, think about it. If you guys don't know how to install and set up a database and forum, then talk to me. I know all about it. I've worked with Invision Power Board and SMF.

A threat involves bodily harm. Trying to misconstrue Russel Pickering's words as a physical threat is pretty stupid. Sure he "threatened" to have that users anonymity removed, but that's not illegal, and is not the threat of violence you're making it out to be.

That's nice and all, except, from what I can see, he didn't do any of those things.

It is not illegal to say "Alias X is actually Person Y." Which seems to be all he threatened to do.

The closest you can get is the "content invasive of privacy" charge, but JDX is claiming to be an expert, and if he's not, there's nothing wrong with Russel saying "This is who JDX actually is."

I think you'll find invision is not on your side with this one.

If this board condones threats of invasion of privacy while further trying to provoke response using tactics of almost stalking for personal information.. we'll see how Invision reacts... The full package has been sent. The reactions of de-admining and de-modding has been sent.
