Mr Hubinsky is saying that he wishes to undertake this process in a lawyer's office and have the attorney prepare the depositions. This will cost him $$$.


Hubinsky states:

Why is he worried about costs if he can just literally make pennies appear out of nothing?

Just do your thing and make a whole lot of those pennies appear! No more need for the challenge :)

JREF asks other agencies to conduct the tests. Those agencies could charge costs for things like making people availble for the tests, renting video equipment, etc. Paying for investigators and recording equipment to conduct the test COULD be a bit pricey. Of course in most cases the groups and agencies contacted by JREF donate their time, resources, and facilities to conduct the tests free of charge. They don't have to, but usually they do. Most likely a testing group would do the test with no cost, so the only cost would be the applicant's travel expenses. If the applicant insists that the test take place ata specific location, he may have to pay travel expenses for the testers.

If all works out well, there would be $0 expense. A group gives up their own time and brings their own video equipment and meets the applicant and does the test. :)

Some of us know where the pennies come from. ;) That is why the above idea is no good.
 
If he includes claims that "new material" appears as a result of his "powers", wouldn't an easy test be to use a completely clean test area with nothing in it? Then anything new appearing could be immediately noticed, including where it came from (not in his pockets, of course...!) ;)

But he has already, in Kramer's thread stated that
Random telekinetically and teleported objects appear in spaces where there are loose debris such as small stones, bits of plastic, metal, glass, leaves, paperclips, etc.

So his claim is that in an untidy area, he can make even more untidyness appear!

Kramer did have a good knack for applicantion titles. :)
 
It is actually interesting that he believes that if he is located in an untidy zone, even if he does not do anything, more untidy stuff will magically be either created on the spot or be teleported from somewhere else! If this is teleportation, then he could be employed to walk scrap yards where they will gradually be filled up with stuff teleported from somewhere else, thus keeping roads etc. clean. One could also imagine that $crooge McDuck would like to employ him to walk around in the huge money bin, although this could be a criminal act whether the money actually belongs to someone else or if it is counterfeit!

Of all the claims that we have seen, I find this one the most entertaining. I wish it is true!
 
If single socks are among the objects that he teleports, I know where they are coming from, and I want them back!

A million dollars in pennies? On a railroad track? Are you insane?

Don't you know what hapens to a train when you put one penny on the track? Imagine the carnage with a million of them...
