Split Thread Islamic takeover

Many of the Muslims have far greater respect for our democracy than the Islamophobes.
Yeah, it's endlessly fascinating how the people who scream the loudest about islamism and shariah law tend to be ones who wholeheartedly support those same values, isn't it? 'Homo- and transphobia, authoritarianism, misogyny, and a propensity for threats, violence, and terrorism? That's our job!'

You seem to be the one confused because I'm just asking questions, and your non-answers just doesn't add up.
I'm having the same experience, my questions and analogies tend to go unanaswered or get clearly half-hearted, bad-faith replies. Funny, that.

Now now, great replacement can work. Europeans managed it in America, the local population is mostly gone and shoved into a few reservations.
Every accusation...
In fact I think a large part of their fear is that those other people are going to be as horrible to us Westerners as we ourselves have been throughout history.

Ah. The myth that the west was uniquely terrible.

We were not. We were only uniquely successful.

You are expressing a value that you don't seem to realize even is a value, and not universally shared.

Which is rather my point.

Why not?

Maybe someday, I'll actually get an answer instead of a non-answer.

BTW, when are you going to give a citation that Mojo asked for?

We still are. The vast majority of the worlds wealth, resources and food are being used to elevate the standard of life for the West, with the rest of the world getting the dregs.
Strangely enough that means people want to come here. Odd that.

Also, a big Western blind spot is that we never abolished slavery, child labour, dangerous workplaces with no safety standards, endless working hours with monotonous tasks, and all the countless other horrors we keep patting ourselves on the back for having evolved out of, we just outsourced them to countries and people less fortunate than us.

Heck, we don't even like the consequences of our exploitation of foreign labour like this. See for example criticism of China's pollution and emissions, disregarding that a lot of them come from Chinese factories producing goods for the West.

"Assimilation" isn't a very well-defined term. "Citizenship," on the other hand, is defined in the laws and
constitutions of every country that maintains them. If you live within the boundaries set by a country's
laws and give your allegiance to its constitution, that's "assimilation" with a useful definition.

Culture be damned.

Why are your values of tolerance and diversity not universally shared?

For this discussion, it doesn't matter why. It suffices to note that they aren't.

Ask better questions.
True, they are not. But we cannot just deport all our alt-right whackos together with those extremist Muslims that hold the same values. There is no land left to do so.

Journalist Sues Dearborn and Its Mayor for Anti-Christian, Anti-Jewish Discrimination (September 18. 20269)

When a local pastor condemned officials for naming a busy intersection after Hezbollah-supporter Osama Siblani in September 2025, Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud (above in 2024) called the pastor “an Islamophobe,” declaring: “I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city because you are not somebody who believes in coexistence.”

Analysis / Bias

In review, The Middle East Forum is an anti-Islamist and strongly pro-Israel group. They often use moderately loaded wording in their headlines such as this: Migration to Europe Becomes a Crisis and they rarely provide hyperlinked sourcing. The Middle East Forum also republishes articles from right leaning sources such as the Washington Times and the Gatestone Institute.

The Middle East Forum has been placed on the Hate Watch list by the Southern Poverty Law Center for financing a rally in London last month in support of English far-right provocateur Tommy Robinson. The MEF also bankrolled Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar’s trip to the U.K. to attend the rally for the jailed far-right activist.

In response to the rally, on June 19, 2018 a letter was published in The Guardian with over 50 signatories, including British parliamentarians, condemning the rally calling it a “resurgent of the racist right.”

“The racist right are using Robinson to reorganize,” the letter states. “Nazi salutes and Islamophobia were at the centre of the mobilisation. This is the first serious attempt since the collapse of the English Defence League (EDL) to develop a racist street movement and give it a political form.”

Further, the founder and President of the Middle East Forum, Daniel Pipes is listed as an Islamophobic Individual by CAIR.
