It's so fascinating how bragging about 'deals' that at best give the USA what they were already getting is par for the course with him. I guess when you have a cult following that doesn't question you, you can say whatever BS you want. Mostly.

Russia doesn't have the diesel to export. Even before Ukraine started blowing up refineries, it was in trouble.
 
If by some miracle there was an "election truce" so Ukraine could have some semblance of an election, if Zelenskyy doesn't win, the most likely to is General "collapse of the modern Russian empire" Zaluzhny.

He's sure going to tell ZSU and Ukrainians to lay down their arms and capitulate.

Zelenskyy doesn't even have the power to call elections. Parliament does that. They also maintain martial law.

These lunatics want Zelenskyy to ignore the law, override parliament, ignore the will of the people (nobody wants elections), and illegally call an obviously illegitmate election, putting citizens at risk.

Otherwise he's a dictator. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Well, my post had nothing to do with who controls it. Just how bad an idea it would be to have a list of places where a lot of people are going to gather, while in range of Putin's jet drones and ballistic missiles. Glad to know that your parliament isn't stupid, but then I would hope that nobody would be.
 
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has told US news site Axios that Donald Trump's announcement "was news for me".

"But if Russians agree to an energy ceasefire, Ukraine will agree," he says.

A senior official close to Zelensky has reportedly also told the Financial Times: "Nobody has heard [of it]."
