Fake News CNN this morning, freaking out that Hegseth is cutting 20% of the generals and admirals by the end of the year.
They call it a purge.

I call it accountability. Long overdue.

Then they lose it over Project Meridian. Elon Musk and Newt Gingrich looking at the weapons and tech we actually need for the next war.

And the line that broke them: “We are no longer the woke department or the weak department.”

No fatties. No transgenders. No beardos. No weirdos. No wimps. No radicals. Just warriors.

CNN brings on a former Army major to translate “American heritage” into a dog whistle for white people and “Christian supremacy.”

The military exists to win wars. Not to manage CNN’s feelings.

Fire the dead weight. Build warriors. Let them cope.

Trump's AI rebrand causes 'unprecedented' demand for Slovenian website names

President Donald Trump's push to rename AI may be behind an "unprecedented" rise in registrations for domain names in Slovenia, according to its official national registry.

The president wants AI to be called super intelligence - or SI - the same initials used by Slovenian websites.

Register.si spokesperson Klara Herman said 44,000 web addresses with the .si suffix had been registered in September, compared to less than 2,000 in August - an increase of more than 2,100%.

She said the scale of activity in late September was "unprecedented" compared to the previous 12 months.

Congratulations to the GREAT Boeing Company for producing a plane, the 737 Max, that was able to withstand G Forces and Strain far beyond what it was designed and expected to do.
It was an amazing show of precise and powerful structural planning and design. It is about time that The Boeing Company, which builds, by far, the finest commercial airliners in the sky, was given credit for this airplane's incredible "genius!"

I am proud to be a veteran of our great United States Marine Corps, and my time in Iraq shaped me into the man I am today.

President Trump’s announcement yesterday concludes 23 years of American Forces being in Iraq, which is not only personal for me, but for the millions of our brave servicemen and women who have served and continue to serve our great country faithfully.

Thank you Mr. President for fulfilling your promise and for completely eradicating the ISIS caliphate from the face of the Earth. As @POTUS has said, Operation Inherent Resolve is officially over, and this is a victory for both the United States and Iraq. God bless our great nation and our warfighters who protect it.

Today, I am pleased to announce, that the last American Forces are leaving Iraq! It has been a long time, with very bad decision-making that got us involved in this quagmire in the first place, but soon, that will be part of History. This is a Great Day for America and, importantly, we leave with Iraq having a wonderful new Prime Minister, Ali al-Zaidi, somebody I supported from the beginning and fully endorsed. He won an Election that he was not expected to win, and did so, in a landslide!

Launched in 2003 under the presidency of George W. Bush, and continued under the Administration of Barack Hussein Obama in 2014, and Sleepy Joe Biden, Operation Inherent Resolve ends in 2026 under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump. This Day is a victory for the United States, a victory for Iraq, and a decisive victory over ISIS, which has been completely decimated by the Trump Administration, First Term, along with other very bad and dangerous players. Unlike Afghanistan, where much Military Equipment and everything else was left behind, and 13 Warriors lie dead, with many badly wounded, this orderly departure of Coalition forces and equipment from Erbil Air Base marks the end of a very expensive excursion into Hell. I set a clear mission, gave our Commanders the tools to finish it, and refused to let a temporary presence become a permanent one. I had a choice to stay or to leave, and felt, without question, that it was time for America to go home! Prime Minister al-Zaidi, is outstanding, and he will hopefully be able to handle things very well. We came to fight a caliphate. There is no longer a caliphate. We are going home! President DONALD J. No, Dummy, eradicating something from your mind isn't the same as making it cease to exist ! And if you really* believe the threat from this organisation has disapeared, you're in for a nasty surprise.

* I'm pretty sure he knows - or at least the remaining adults at the Pentagon know- that they've merely left the Iraqi government to deal with the hot potato.
 
His own Energy Secretary, Chris Wright, said the plan isn't to fill it with Venezuelan crude because Venezuelan oil is the wrong kind for the reserve. It's heavy, high-sulfur crude, thicker than molasses stuff that won't pump out again.

Trump: We're going to fill up our national strategic reserves with Venezuelan oil.

A judge in Washington DC has dismissed the criminal case against a former Olympian accused by the Trump administration of vandalising the Reflecting Pool.

Judge Todd Edelman ordered the case against David Hearn dismissed "with prejudice", meaning US prosecutors cannot refile the case.
