Still using your inability to do basic research to evade? Rather silly. What is CP?

Thanks. Anyway, those are the words of theprestige. I don't necessarily agree with them. Or disagree, for that matter.
So, I am right but for the wrong reasons? I'm cool with thatAs you wish but an argumentum ad populum remains a logical fallacy.
Ok.Thanks. Anyway, those are the words of theprestige. I don't necessarily agree with them. Or disagree, for that matter.
A fallacy is a fallacy whichever way you look at it.So, I am right but for the wrong reasons? I'm cool with that
No it is only a fallacy if it is being used to form a logical argument, Dutchman wasn't making a logical argument, they were explaining how government in countries like the UK and the USA work.Ok.
A fallacy is a fallacy whichever way you look at it.
Which is how the USA wants it. I am not a fan of jury courts, I'm glad we don't have them.In the USA, the obscenity or otherwise of porn content is decided by a jury of 12 who represent the community standards of the public. Given that most people watch porn, then most Miller Test outcomes are biased.
Poem really would rather you argue with someone other than him. It's a recurring theme. He'll spend more time trying to get you to address stuff I've said, than he will actually addressing anything you might have to say to him.Thanks. Anyway, those are the words of theprestige. I don't necessarily agree with them. Or disagree, for that matter.
Anything but addressing the substance of my posts. You wrote what you wrote and haven't retracted it - what is the problem?Poem really would rather you argue with someone other than him. It's a recurring theme. He'll spend more time trying to get you to address stuff I've said, than he will actually addressing anything you might have to say to him.
Lately he's even been trying to gaslight me into thinking I'm supposed to be arguing with myself.
You aren't going to respond to #5,934 are you? We'll add that to the long list.No it is only a fallacy if it is being used to form a logical argument, Dutchman wasn't making a logical argument, they were explaining how government in countries like the UK and the USA work.
Healthy sex can include kinks, fetishes, oddities, and a surprisingly wide variety of perversions. Are you advocating for teaching those things to children?Instead of teaching healthy sexual relationships to children, shall we continue to excuse a porn industry that is spamming them kinks?
That's a tough one, if you want to make children wary of those things, shouldn't they be told what to be wary of? I always found "don't talk to strangers" a bit too vague and broad to be of actual use.Healthy sex can include kinks, fetishes, oddities, and a surprisingly wide variety of perversions. Are you advocating for teaching those things to children?
...opinions of what constitutes a healthy sexual relationship vary wildly, both across the globe and across the ages....
The spamming was to kids. You are not a kid.First, the opinions of what constitutes a healthy sexual relationship vary wildly, both across the globe and across the ages.
Second, no porn industry is spamming me anything. My computer, and other communication devices, do not really differ from anyone else's, including the ones operated by children. So I infer that the porn industry is not spamming those either. Actively looking for it, and then finding it, is not being spammed.
Sackett, you remain a barely tolerated lampooneer...I know you agree.Across the globe? The ages? Hell, across the street!
Across the hall.
Across the room.
Right next to you.
Poem, help us!
The spamming, if any, is to computers and communication devices. Sometimes a child may operate them, of course. And sometimes an adult. But my point is that only those that searched and found and clicked first, get spammed. If at all.The spamming was to kids. You are not a kid.
That the porn industry shows kids their content isn't a point of debate.
Oh good grief, this is just stupid.Ok.
A fallacy is a fallacy whichever way you look at it.
Demonstrably BDSM practitioners enjoy better mental health than the average.Healthy sex can include kinks, fetishes, oddities, and a surprisingly wide variety of perversions. Are you advocating for teaching those things to children?
