The top priority after reaching an agreement with another country is to insult and belittle them by plastering your flag over their country.

Very important that they immediately regret having anything to do with you. Gets the arrangement off on the right foot.

A far more elegant and accurate description of this new phenomena would be Superior Intelligence (SI) or, Extreme Intelligence (EI) or, Supreme Intelligence (SI).

Do the rest of us ever get to see that evidence because it's a big fat zero so far.

Well you could definitely do with somebody to tell Trump what to do because Operation Epstein Fury has dragged on since February and he ran out of ideas in March.
