Tate Brothers Charged with Rape in the UK

Yeah. I wonder whether someone could file a complaint with the NY State Bar Association, but I think you have to have standing. Hopefully, their disciplinary committee will decide to investigate him on their own.

There's also the question of which, if any, statements the accuser made that aren't privileged--statements made to law enforcement or during a judicial proceeding cannot normally be considered defamatory.

And this seems beyond the remit of normal lawyer and into whatever the US equivalent of Perverting the Cause of Justice is.
It's called Obstruction of Justice.

As well as being a very noncy statement. For clarification twelve year olds do not "lure" adults.
One of the most warped views of relations between the sexes that I've ever seen.

Thank you

Agree entirely. I struggle to think how anyone who isn't a nonce themselves could think that is an okay statement.

Their lawyer looks like a piece of work.

Given the above, the fact that he doxxed a lot of Tates' victims is looking more than an oversight.

And that he did similar in 2023

OK, so the Tates and their lawyer have been claiming that they've been denied commisay. The DOJ showed the receipts:

Those guys have no spending limit and have been buying twix bars, chips, low sodium noodle soup, their own favourite shampoo and conditioner, thermos mug each, Colombian coffee, own bowl with lid each. etc, and even bough their own heavy spoons. 'Cause I guess a Real ManTM can't use a normal prison spoon and a normal prison soup bowl and just use whatever shampoo is there.

So yeah, those are the conditions in which a tough Real ManTM cries and feels oppressed.

ETA: now it occurs to me that maybe that unhealthy brown water they were complaining about was their own Colombian coffee :P

If they had no no spending limit, the fact that they both had exactly the same ingredients 1x twix, 1x snickers, 1x VO5 shampoo... (Why did Andrew get that?) etc.

No idea, maybe they just agreed they'd both have low-sodium chicken noodle soup together tonight? Happens. I mean, I also had the same thing as my brother, when I took him to a Chinese or Sushi restaurant. They obviously have different sums in their accounts, so that's not a case of booking it twice, unless they split the cost for just one bowl.

I mean, that's even CHEAP compared to ordering that as takeout. THAT is what a tough real man cries to the press about these days? They sound like not even betas, but gammas,

But seriously, f me, I had it worse in the army and I wasn't even convicted of anything. I didn't get my own bowl and spoon and favourite conditioner, and didn't need any. THAT's what they think is cruel treatment? Getting your own colombian coffee? Really?

And of course the Romanian authorities, in response to a DoJ request have shown the Tates' attempts at witness tampering include threatening to release private information about the accusers.

So, further confirmation that the Tates are, in fact, lying, twisting, bullying twunts with an over-developed sense of entitlement?

In addition to all the things which we must describe as "alleged"...

I think there is enough just in the videos Andrew Tate has posted. Not just him boasting about the behaviour he's accused of, but actually physically abusing either young women or girls*. To say nothing of whatever pornography they have made.

*What their lawyer calls "the belt video" for example. Also one I've seen of either Tristan or Andrew behaving coercively to a young woman "waiting on him" at a table - finding imagined faults and threatening her with violence

ALLEGEDLY, now the lawyer also has trouble getting into jail to talk to them. Which would be weird by any judiciary rule. Which led some to speculate that maybe the Tates themselves no longer want to talk to him after his antics in their name. Or it could be just another publicity stunt on the lawyer's part.
Is it possible he's not getting access because he's not really their lawyer at all and is just some random lunatic pretending to be a lawyer?

Nope, he's just an arsehole lawyer who makes Giuliani look professional, honest, and ethical. One who shouldn't only be disbarred but actually facing justice.

And given his comments about a twelve year old girl, probably investigated himself.

ETA, I have no reason to believe he lacks access.
