Tate Brothers Charged with Rape in the UK

This is the best reason to vote Labour that I've come across in a long time.
Funny, if it were true. As Junkshop hinted at above, in 2022 and 2023 it was the conservatives in power, not labour.

Plus, in the UK in 2022 the Tates only had civil cases brought against them by some of the victims. The order for their arrest in the UK was in January 2024, but that was still under a conservative government. Rishi Sunak would still be prime minister until July of that year. Labour came later and only didn't bother stopping it, which honestly they'd have no reason to, even if they could. And I'm pretty sure they couldn't.

I'm adding this to also make another point clear: if you're wanted under two different governments, of two different parties, with two different political ideologies... well... it's kinda hard to make a case that it's political, innit?

Plus it's kinda hard for me to imagine conservatives being the ones out to get him. I thought people with conservative views were the ones who lapped up his manosphere drivel.

Probably the thing I fear least in the world is a horde of his pencil dick followers getting bravo on the populace. Those wussies don't have a pair between them.
I should have been clearer: I meant in a legal sense. I don't expect they could do much harm, other than disrupting the proceedings. But that lawyer could face charges of conspiracy if it gets out of hand. ESPECIALLY if it turns into the felony of trying to terrorise witnesses or court personnel and such. Note I only said "trying."

Yeah, the promoter could theoretically take some fallout there.

I do love the pic they chose for the ad posted upthread, tho. You would expect they use a pic of them in cuffs being manhandled into a cell to generate martyr-themed outrage, but they go with the mafioso shot complete with sunglasses.

Yeah, but that would be off-brand for them, innit? Their whole image is based on being these fearless Neo types who have escaped the Matrix. Showing them in a vulnerable position would be like, dunno, showing the Krusty the Clown (from Simpsons) eating at McDonald instead of Krusty Burger :P

ETA: Especially after that pic of being arrested in a women's outfit. It's not the lawyer's job to add more humiliation :P

Also to add, and the posters from the UK please correct me if I'm wrong, the British prime minister's powers are very different from those of the US president. All the PM can do is ask the King to grant a pardon, which the King may or may not do. It's also not granted in advance, as it would be pointless: being pardoned by the king doesn't erase the case or the conviction, only the punishments the court decided. Only a court can overturn the conviction. So all that even the king could theoretically do (but won't) is decide after the trial, that yeah, they're still convicted rapists and child molesters, but they don't get to spend their life in prison.

That preamble was all to say: I'm stumped as to why would they blame Labour for it? The whole thing started before the Labour government, and Labour couldn't stop the case even if it wanted to. So exactly WTH is the Labour persecution there? He could just as well blame Greta Thunberg, since she had as much to do with it as Labour.

Spongebob Flatpants is assuming that right wing leaning people are more likely to support his "anti-woke" agenda, so as the previous anti-woke party the Conservatives seems to be dying out (whilst indeed conveniently forgetting his prosecution started under them), he is trying to recruit support from whoever else is right wing; the ascending Reform party, which by definition is against Labour, so it must be all Labour's fault.

Pretty much spot on, except that it turns out that it isn't the PM that asks/advises, but rather the Justice Secretary*. This I didn't know until googling it just now.

*or the Defence Secretary, Lt.Gov. of the Isle of Man, or 'Scottish Ministers" depending on the circumstances. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_prerogative_of_mercy

Like I said they should be moving heaven and hell to get extradited to the UK so they can be treated as remand prisoners, indeed even prisoners convicted of the worse crimes in the UK live in better conditions.

Just a slight wrinkle, because parliament is supreme parliament can pass a bill that would quash a conviction, it did this 2024 in regards to the post office scandal.

I guess it depends whether they're thinking long term or short term. If they end up in the UK, do they think they'll be convicted? Do they think that by resisting deportation, they might be freed in the USA and escape prosecution?

They claim they are innocent so they should also be fighting tooth and nail to get to court to get their trail over and done with so they can get on with their lives. They need to be instructing their lawyer to try and speed up the extradition process.

So short term they will have much better conditions in the UK and long term it's the quickest way to get on with their lives and put this terrible injustice behind them.

Of course that is predicated on them being innocent...

Andrew Tate is tougher than 99% of these ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ cuck losers, who listen and obey their wives.

Your wife tells you Andrew Tate is bad so you ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ listen you have no balls.

Andrew is an innocent political prisoner.

Is he actually a lawyer?

The Left celebrated Trump’s persecution, Charlie Kirk’s death, and the murderous Luigi Mangione. They empowered Jeffrey Epstein for years.

But when it comes to the Tate Brothers, they suddenly discover morality.

Come on, bro

The Political Right has a feminist problem.
Andrew and Tristan Tate trigger them badly.
Scratch the surface and you find the same instincts.
Endless wars abroad. Managed men at home.
How are they any different from Hillary Clinton?

Sort-of.
The king, as is usual in these cases, does what he's told. The 'Royal prerogative of mercy' does not annul the conviction but alters the penalty.

Tate claiming that this is "political" is just a bit of cheap theatre for his zombie legions, trying to drum up some sense of victimhood.

The throwing Labour into this is just convenient nonsense, typical of our right wingers, who want to blame Labour for everything ever. Someone may also have remembered that Starmer was the DPP before becoming a MP, so clearly, even while in opposition, got to tell the CPS who to prosecute...Because that is most definitely how our system works...

Not sure what they think it would solve even if they don't get extradited. IIRC the US laws about child predators forbid doing it even abroad, to put a dampener on 'sex tourism'. So all that the UK would have to do is hand over those indecent images of children to the US authorities, and the nightmare starts all over again. And the time spent in the can fighting the extradition still doesn't count as time served for a sentence in the US either.

The British state is attempting to publicly destroy me, an innocent man, to absolve itself of its sins.

It believes it can burn me at the stake publicly as a symbol of how seriously they “protect” women and girls and vulnerable people.

They want you to forget that Phillip Schofield and Huw Edwards raped children and never went to jail.

They want you to forget that 250,000 young girls were raped by grooming gangs with police cooperation.

They want you to forget they allow rapists and murderers to arrive by boat every single day and stab your children and attack women.

They believe by destroying me they can show they are against these things and are “tough on crime”.

But the fact these things happened and continue to happen while they use every power available to chase me around the world does nothing but show the public how corrupt and complicit they really are in all the crimes that have taken place.

Absolutely nobody trusts the British state anymore.

The endless decade pursuit of me only makes people trust them less, why don’t they use a fraction of this police effort to stop the small boats or grooming gangs?

Because they wanted those to happen.

And they want to destroy me to cover for their acts and pretend they are not corrupt scum.

Amazing. If it wasn't about themselves, the Tates would call the Tates cuck losers who got caught and never give them another thought beyond taking the piss out of their wearing girl's clothes. Their simp legion clearly has not been trained to be like them. Only to worship them. Otherwise it would discard the obvious beta losers and move on.
