Most of the accusations he's making are about 2018 to 2020, Donald's own appointees were in charge of the intelligence community.

And the US "intelligence" community leans heavily far right no matter who's president. So if there was any hidden interference (other than republitraitor vote stealing and disenfranchisements) it would have been in favour of TACO.
