Those briefings that were dumbed down and narrowed down to the extreme in hopes that Trump would pay any attention at all to them?
 
Too bad, he's missed yet another perfect opportunity to get into all the history books by pulling a Budd Dwyer. Think of the ratings! He likes big ratings, doesn't he? And attention? I can't think of a single better way for him to obtain them both. I mean, it would absolutely guarantee lots of people would be talking about it the next day, right?

Trump has been a true gift to China. He basically cancelling all American Foreign Aid gave them a HUGE opening. And you can bet they will use it.
OF course it is cynical as hell;China does not really care that much about the peoplel only abut the political leverage.
 
If Trump does refuse to seat a Democratic House,then all Democrats in the house and senate should walk until they are seated. it would bring everything to a stand still since there would not be a quorum but if Trump pulls that then we are in a extreme crisis, and extreme crisis call for extreme measures.

I am more optimistic then you because I think Trump cancelling the elections would lead to massive crisis, and that would be better then submitting to tyranny without a fight.
But then I am not a Pacifist, and think there are worse things them armed conflict.

Does the president have that authority? I think that's the speaker in the House and president of the Senate. It will never happen in the Senate but I might be able to see Trump strong-arming somebody into delay swearing House democrats in on some technical grounds.

Yes. That is was US aid was too. And EU aid.
But the administration voted in to punish everyone the MAGA voters hate turns out to be incompetent and incapable of even cynical kindness to gain long term benefits. Who would have thought.
