A lot of very simplistic views of US politics here.
If Democracy in the US goes down, every Democracy in the world goes on the endangered species list.
I am getting the impression that some here would love for the USA is just vanish off the face of the earth.
I know that is what US propaganda has taught you to believe, but if you *really* look at US foreign policy, when has it been about protecting democracy?
The Spanish American war was about gaining colonies.
WW1 was in response to German aggression against US shipping and a perceived threat of collusion with Mexico to attack.
WW2 could be argued, but the US only really entered the war after Japanese aggression and a German declaration of war. And even during it the US was far more inclined to support Vichy France than the actual resistance.
The cold war was mainly about stopping Russian expansion and the US happily worked with Fascist Spain and Portugal or the dictatorship in Turkey. The fact that Europe was mainly democratic was a nice thing, but clearly not needed.
And let's not even look at the many many coups supported by the US in Central/South America, Africa or Asia, none of which made a country more democratic.
Your current pedo in chief has made it quite clear he detests democracy and only seeks alliances with the likes of Putin, Orban, Erdogan, Xi etc etc.
