Ummmm..... if there are "pool guys cleaning", doesn't it meant that the Democrats were right in that there is an algae problem? And shouldn't EVERYONE (including republicans) recognize that there is an issue with algae?

Teen accused of planning UFC fight attack at White House turned in by mom

An alleged plot to target the Ultimate Fighting Championship event at the White House in an attack involving drones and snipers over the weekend was thwarted by the FBI after a teenage suspect's mother tipped off authorities, according to court documents.

Multiple people are in custody and the planned attacks were "stopped cold," FBI Director Kash Patel said.

A federal law enforcement official briefed on the matter told USA TODAY that at least 14 young adults and possibly some even younger are suspected of allegedly having plans to travel to Washington, D.C., from states including Ohio and Texas with the intention of causing harm.

I wonder if this was a real threat, or was it just a bunch of stupid kids. Since nothing the FBI says can be taken at face value, I'll wait for further information.

It is true, they are dumping some pretty nasty chemicals into the pool...

Park workers outfitted in hi-vis vests were spotted dumping gallons of hydrogen peroxide into the Reflecting Pool...they were using a 12 percent concentrate, a level that can cause problems if inhaled and burns if the chemical touches the skin...the high concentration could nonetheless pose a risk to some of the pool's frequent visitors, such as ducks or other birds.

Remember how Trump is against windmills because they "harm birds"? I guess they become secondary when you are talking about some monument as opposed to a wind turbine.

Also, I wonder if they considered the fact that hydrogen peroxide can supposedly cause fading in pool liners if not used properly. His "blue" pool bottom might start looking a lot lighter.

There are credible reports that Israel wasn't consulted.

And what seem plausible, but from Iranian sources, claiming that Iran is using psychologists specialising in communicating with people with reduced capacity
