Ed Israel/US Attacks Iran /Yet Another Country/Iran

Just read on the BBC site that Iran is rebuilding it's military much quicker then anybody expected
I can;t help but think that some kind of revenge is on their minds.
I always wonder how that can be a surprise. The Germans managed to keep their military industrial complex going and at a faster rate than pre-war until the last two months or so of WW2. And that was a near century ago by now and after a far more intense and actually planned near continuous bombardment. And without outside help.

Iran has had decades to prepare, experience from the war with Iraq and has the aid of Russia, China and probably some Gulf nations who are happy to see the conflict continue for various reasons.

Oh wait, I guess everyone in the US military structure who would have know about this was a DEI hire and fired to be replaced by Trump bootlickers.

Of COURSE we fired that guy. OBVIOUSLY a DEI hire. They only wanted him cause he could speak Farsi. I mean how much more bald-faced DEI can you get?

that was weird.
It's not like Hezbollah or Iran are the ones killing and starving fellow Muslims in Yemen and Syria and Lebanon - it's Saudis, mostly, with US and Israel close behind.

I don't think that is the point he was trying to make. (and I don't recall him mentioning Lebanon at all, but he did mention Sudan)

Operation Mildy Angry?
I don't think that's manly enough.

Operation Predator has a certain ring to it. And reminds us why Trump started the war in the first place

I already suggested Epstein Furry (the spelling is correct)

he mentioned Hezbollah, so yeah, Lebanon.
The weapons for the war in Sudan mostly come from the UAE, America's best Buddy in the region after Israel.

I think the speech was a not-so-subtle attempt to solicit assistant by loudly not blaming the actual offenders .. yet .. if the fork over money.

Must be the weekend

US President Donald Trump has said Iran is "getting a lot closer" to reaching an agreement with the US on the war, as Tehran also signalled progress had been made in the past week.

"An Agreement has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries"

I am in the Oval Office at the White House where we just had a very good call with President Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, of The United Arab Emirates, Emir Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, and Minister Ali al-Thawadi, of Qatar, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir Ahmed Shah, of Pakistan, President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, of Türkiye, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, of Egypt, King Abdullah II, of Jordan, and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, of Bahrain, concerning the Islamic Republic of Iran, and all things related to a Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to PEACE. An Agreement has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries, as listed. Separately, I had a call with Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, of Israel, which, likewise, went very well. Final aspects and details of the Deal are currently being discussed, and will be announced shortly. In addition to many other elements of the Agreement, the Strait of Hormuz will be opened. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

President Trump is the ONLY one who could have gotten Iran — the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism — to the negotiating table.

We are greatly encouraged to learn a PEACE DEAL in Iran is underway — and look forward to learning more about the specifics.

Under President Trump’s leadership, our nation is stronger, more respected on the global stage, and safer than ever before.

You wouldn't have needed to get them to the negotiation table if The Fat Orange Turd hadn't gone to war with them in the first place!

Ditto with regards to a peace deal

No, you're a global ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ laughing stock, with an Orange Moron in charge

One of the worst deals ever made by our Country was the Iran Nuclear Deal, put forth and signed into existence by Barack Hussein Obama and the rank amateurs of the Obama Administration. It was a direct path to Iran developing a Nuclear Weapon.
Not so with the transaction currently being negotiated with Iran by the Trump Administration - THE EXACT OPPOSITE, in fact! The negotiations are proceeding in an orderly and constructive manner, and I have informed my representatives not to rush into a deal in that time is on our side. The Blockade will remain in full force and effect until an agreement is reached, certified, and signed.
Both sides must take their time and get it right. There can be no mistakes! Our relationship with Iran is becoming a much more professional and productive one. They must understand, however, that they cannot develop or procure a Nuclear Weapon or Bomb.
I would like to thank, thus far, all of the countries of the Middle East for their support and cooperation, which will be further enhanced and strengthened by their joining the Nations of the historic Abraham Accords and, who knows, perhaps the Islamic Republic of Iran would like to join, as well!

Somebody (not mentioning a name) should have followed Churchill's advice that "It is much better to jaw jaw than war war".
