The DOJ just filed what may be the most deranged written Motion ever. It reads more like a Truth Social post dictated by Trump himself. What an embarrassment.

The Motion is filled personal insults. It calls the National Trust for Historic Preservation “FAKE” and says they suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and their lawyer is “the lawyer for Barack Hussein Obama.”

This is an actual line from the filing: “because it is DONALD J. TRUMP, a highly successful real estate developer, who has abilities that others don't, especially those who assume the Office of President, this frivolous and meritless lawsuit was filed.”

Lindsey Graham says they are going introduce legislation that’s going to authorize 400 million dollars to be spent on building the ballroom: We pay for it by offsetting it with customs fees. The sooner we get the ballroom built, the better it is for the country

That's the most deranged motion I've ever read, and I've read some from weird pro se litigants. Its author, Stanely Woodward, is the associate Attorney General and is probably auditioning to be the next Attorney General. He assisted in defending Pres. Trump in the documents case, among other personal legal services for Trump.

Then we should let the market decide, not snowflake authoritarians.

It's not as if Kimmel forces himself into houses. Those who disagree with him or dislike him can just ignore him, as we do with such clowns as Alex Jones and Steve Bannon. They have a media presence too and are widely disagreed with. If it's not a free speech issue then they can sue him and roll the dice.
