Trump's Second Term

So private donors are building Trump a huge war bunker vital to national security? Not apocalyptic at all.
Apropos of nothing. Duke Cosimo de' Medici of Florence had an elevated, private walkway built between his palace and the town hall, in order to reduce the chance of assassination from walking at street level. It winds round one family tower because the family that owned the tower were powerful enough to oppose the demolition that the Duke had demanded.

Meanwhil Duke Alfonso d’Este of Ferrara had a different flex, which effectively showed his confidence in his power and his family's strength.

He used to walk around his city naked reportedly holding only his sword and his "pork sword"

The narcissistic man baby, that Americans have elected twice to be President, has made my life more expensive, by disrupting trade through the Straits of Hormuz, at the behest of his Israeli master. He needs to back down, before even more damage is done.

Trump has outwardly stated many times he wants everyone outside the US to be worse off. To beat him at his own game, instead boast that the blockade on foreign goods will reduce the UK's trade deficit and therefore make us all richer somehow.

Not merely food.
The head of NHS England says he is “really worried” about the supply of medicines and equipment because of the conflict in the Middle East.
The Strait of Hormuz has effectively been closed since the start of the US-Israel war on Iran which has put up energy prices and affected shipping routes.
Jim Mackey, NHS England’s chief executive, told LBC radio, “We are really worried about this. We’ve already had a couple of supply shocks in the past 12 to 18 months.”1
One of these “supply shocks” was a recent cyberattack by a group linked to Iran on Stryker, a US company which manufactures medical products. The attack affected its operations, shipping, and distribution.2
Stryker’s products are used in the NHS for a wide range of procedures including trauma and orthopaedics, neuroradiology, and diagnostics.
Mackey said in that case it had been supplies of theatre instruments that had been affected but added that everything was at risk. “The supply chain is very, very international.”
“We’re already hearing of shortages starting to come through in the UK: complex biologics, active pharmaceutical ingredient (APIs), even oncology drugs,” Richard Sullivan, professor of cancer and global health at King’s College London, told The BMJ. “We’re seeing disruption in supply chains for cancer drugs and consumables for robotic surgery, which uses up an awful lot of equipment every time you operate on somebody.”

Two Corinthians walk into a bar.. You know they love me in Corinthiastan, they want me to build a hotel there.
Weird thing about him I don't think I've ever seen him laugh at anything genuinely. Maybe a smirk or hmpph at expense of his enemies' misfortunes though never anything resembling sincere and prolonged laughter.

Hegseth: To the American media—I just can't help but notice the endless stream of garbage, the relentlessly negative coverage you cannot resist peddling. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what side some of you are actually on. It's incredibly unpatriotic.

Jesus entered a synagogue and healed a man with a withered hand. The Pharisees came to watch. As the scripture reads, they were there to see whether he would heal on the Sabbath so that they might accuse Him.

You see, the Pharisees — the so-called and self-appointed elites of their time — were there to witness, to write everything down, and to report. But their hearts were hardened, even though they witnessed a literal miracle. It didn’t matter to them. They were only there to explain away the goodness in pursuit of their agenda. As the passage ends, the Pharisees went out and immediately held a council against him, plotting how they might destroy him.

Our press are like these Pharisees

Never mind that his messiah very closely aligned with the pharisees during his ministry (they were the upstart ministry within judaism, advocating for a form of the religion where full membership was available to all jewish males, not just the aristocracy and the priesthood). Christianity only separated from judaism after bar Kochba's revolt in the second century CE, and the anti-pharisee screeds are subsequent to this separation.

VAN HOLLEN: When you were in the House, you said Biden needed to make clear that 'Putin is an absolute war criminal.' Do you stand by your statement?

MIKE WALTZ: Statements that I made as a member of Congress are very different than what I make now working for President Trump. I support President Trump is everything he in doing

What is a corner store?

Trump: "Millions of American small businesses, including corner stores. What is a corner store? I've never heard that term. I know what a corner store is but I've never heard it described-- a corner store. Who the hell wrote that?"

Apparently he can't put the two concepts of "store" and "corner" together. So blame the speechwriter.

He wants to live with the common people. He wants to do whatever common people do. "Corner stores? Are you ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ me? They sell what now? Groceries? The ◊◊◊◊ is that? Oh, wait, yeah. That's an old word I came up with. People don't know that. Corner stores sell groceries. That's where groceries come from."

Fake inflation

Trump: "We're having some fake inflation because of the fuel, the energy prices, which everybody said was going to $250."

Like a parody of a privilegued, sheltered emperor who knows nothing about the world outside his walled palace.

Surely it's where you buy corners.
Being in the construction business you would think he knew that
