Trump's Second Term

When the cops make the protester's point during a No King's Day protest.

View attachment 69965

She was clearly a threat to all those present. There's historical precedent

Harry: Well, I dare say, but the point of the matter is that, at that moment,
round the corner, came Sir Tavish Mortimer.

Edmund: The King’s hired killer…

Harry: No, no, no. Mortimer — that tall, rather striking fellow with no ears.

Edmund: Yes, that’s him.

Harry: Well, he saw the Archbishop and rushed towards him with his head bowed,
in order to receive his blessing, and, er, unfortunately, killed him
stone dead.

Edmund: How?

Harry: Mortimer was wearing a Turkish helmet.

Edmund: Oh, I see, yes — one of those with the two feet spike coming out of
the top?

Harry: It’s one of those things they normally use for butting their enemies
in the stomach and (Edmund joins in) killing them stone dead.

Edmund: (sarcastic) Yes, so, presumably he’d forgotten he was wearing it.

Harry: Well, do you know, that’s exactly what the poor fellow had done!
A tragic accident…tragic.

The root of this entire Democrat shutdown is a demand to reopen the border and to protect criminal illegal aliens.

Democrats prioritize murderous illegal aliens over American citizens. Look at their actions, their words, and their votes.

You have an extremely naive and simplistic view. He and his party control both Houses of Congress, the DOJ, the military, the FBI, etc. Should we storm Mar-a-Lago in an armed coup attempt? Assassinate him? Start a civil war? Making sweeping generalizations is easy but what you suggest is not only implausible, it's silly..

We have elections in November and choose to follow the rule of law by voting. Most indications are that the Dems will take back the House.

ETA: I agree that idiots elected Trump and a MAGA Congress. They should have known better. But people can be idiots. HOWEVER, place the blame and your hate where it belongs and don't be over simplistic by hating the entire country.

Have you seen how Trump treats other countries? When a country's elected leader is as brutal and unfair as he is, expect a brutal and unfair backlash.

"In 2015, the Iran nuclear deal capped uranium enrichment at 3.5% with full international inspections. The IAEA repeatedly confirmed Iran was complying. Trump’s own Secretary of Defence testified it was in America’s national security interest to keep it.Trump tore it up in 2018 because it had Obama’s name on it.Iran immediately accelerated its nuclear program — exactly what the deal was designed to prevent.Eight years, a war, thousands of lives, and billions of dollars later — Trump’s envoys are now trying to negotiate the same enrichment limits and verification measures that already existed in the deal he destroyed.Read that again. He broke a working agreement. Created the crisis. Started a war. And is now trying to negotiate his way back to where we started — except now with less leverage, more enemies, and a body count. This isn’t dealmaking. This is ego dressed up as foreign policy. A man who burned down the house and is now asking for credit because he called the fire brigade.Meanwhile, the rest of the world — including Australia — is paying the price. Fuel shortages. Economic instability. A region in flames. All because one man couldn’t tolerate his predecessor’s name on a functioning agreement. The Art of the Deal in reverse."

The rest of the world is affected, very much so (especially those who are targeted by this regime), but Americans are victims as well - so many knew exactly what he is, and they still have to suffer the consequeces. The threat to US democracy, to the health of children, to the health of women, the lack of healthcare, the dismantling of social welfare, the dismantling of free media, those are all things that will hit Americans the worst, including all those Americans who did not vote for him, or for any of what this regimeis doing.

I do wish the Dems weren't as feckless as they seem to be, though, I think many Americans have been waiting for them to get it together. But blaming all Americans is not just unfair, it's silly.

Obama!

Karoline Leavitt:

“While pretending to engage in a peaceful transfer of power, Barack Hussein Obama, in private, went to great and nefarious lengths to sow discord among the public and sabotage his successor, President Trump.

The new evidence released by the Director of National Intelligence confirms that the Obama administration manufactured and politicized intelligence, which was later used as justification for baseless smears against President Trump — an effort to delegitimize his victory before he even took the oath of office.

The truth is that President Trump never had anything to do with Russia, and the Russia collusion hoax was a massive fraud perpetrated on the American people from the very beginning. The worst part is that Obama knew the truth, as did all the other officials involved, including former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and many others.”

We'll never see the pee pee tapes.
You know, at this point, if they were found/released, it wouldn't make any difference at all. And that makes me very sad. The POSOTUS has done so much nasty other ◊◊◊◊ otherwise that it wouldn't even be a blip in the news cycle. Or MAGAmoron consciousness.

RFK JR: One time, Trump grabbed a placemat, turned it over, took a Sharpie, and drew the outline of an underage girl which he sent to Jeffrey Epstein. It confirmed a lot of the assumptions I had been told about him.
Silly billy, you seem to have mistaken "Middle East" for "Underage Girl"

And this is exactly the problem, too many people willing to let the Republicans control the White House because the Democrats can't reach some arbitrary standard of perfection.

To be fair, I don't think that's the problem with the non US posters. Yes we can lament the lameness of the Democrats, especially those who vote with the GOP against the wishes of most of the party, but we're unable to vote

Google AI:
The March 28 protests were among the largest in U.S. history, with an estimated 8 to 9 million participants across more than 3,000 events. The demonstrations focused on opposition to the war in Iran, aggressive immigration enforcement, and the rising cost of living.
