Ed Israel/US Attacks Iran /Yet Another Country/Iran

How about not murdering infants? How about not raping captives? How about not lighting people on fire?

Hamas was not engaged in "resistance fighting". They were engaged in terrorism, attempted genocide, and war crimes. If you can't figure out that they were WAY past any reasonable line, there's no point in discussing any of this with you.
Which infants were murdered? Two infants died on 07/10, one probably killed by the IDF. 3,150 infants were killed in Gaza, 18 within the first 24 hours of life.
The Israelis are documented to have raped Palestinian captives.

Again I condemn the crimes of Hammas, including murder, abuse and kidnapping. Will you do the same for the crimes of the IDF?

Do you post things without thinking about it? What military adventurism was there in the Middle East before 9/11? Yes, there were sanctions against Iraq, and there were US bases in Saudi Arabia, but there were no wars or attacks on even the worst Islamic terrorists. Who is the “historian” who posted those words?

Al-Qaeda attacked America because the US supported Israel and to instil terror in the US.

This post of yours is so wrong it aught to be deleted.

Still getting strong trumpkin vibes from how you minimize/deny HAMAS atrocities for then to immediately follow through with a whataboutism about the terrible things Israel has done. Especially the part where you also claim you condemn HAMAS. Feels a lot like how certain users here will deny, deflect, and excuse every time Dump does anything, but also claim they totally don't support him and would never vote for him.

IRA bomb attacks killed or wounded many civilians, including some children.
Were they a legitimate resistance force?

what else is it but resistance fighting?
Seriously, where is the line?
Help me out here, I don't recall reading any stories in which the NLA, the Andartes, La Résistance, or even the German Resistance to Naziism were blowing up school buses and railway platforms full of passengers, gunning down women and children, setting fire to and beheading babies, or cutting off the breasts of women while they were still alive.

This must be an area of WW2 I haven't read about - I'd apppreciate some links to stories about this so I can get up to speed.

And yet they were necessary to achieve Irish Independence.

Plenty of people would consider them an ugly but necessary form of resistance, justified by the ends

I think it's historically inaccurate to think that resistance can work if it's not violent. Successful removals of occupying powers from within always operated on a violent and a diplomatic angle simultaneously.

Let's keep in mind that Gazans tried peaceful protest for a long, long time, and Israeli snipers made it a competition of who could shoot out the most kneecaps of the protesters, including of women and children.
And the people in the West Bank have been terrorised and forced out of their homes exactly because they were not offering enough resistance.

As JFK said: "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."
