You guys.... DO know that you CAN vote for the other party during general elections and donate to the other party if you want to donate anything at all, while remaining registered to the party you want to remain registered to.....right....? Like..... This isnt a dictatorship, and you can vote and donate however you please, despite what your party registration is. And it actually is quite useful to register as a Republican right now, in order to vote against MAGA candidates during the party's primary. It's literally the strategy Bary Goldwater so famously used to flip the GOP to the racist/homophobic/ultra right wing conservative party that is it currently, back in the 1960s in the first place.

If one is more concerned about what one of the parties is doing and who they are nominating to represent them, then that's the party you should register to in order to contribute towards making them more moderate. I'm far less concerned about who the Democrats will choose as their nominee, than I have been about who the GOP chooses for the past 10 years.

On his next birthday, Donald Trump will be 80 years old. He is in poor health, both physically and mentally, and appears to be sinking into dementia. He could not possibly have many more years left to live, and could conceivably drop dead at any moment, which is a good thing for America and the world. I’m not wishing for Donald Trump’s death. I just know that it is inevitable, and that when his time comes, the world will a better place without him in it. Dying will be the one good thing that Donald Trump has ever done.

You're definitely NOT a RINO. It's the MAGA weirdos who are the RINO's. The term "Republican" is a noun, which literally refers to a person who supports a federal-style Republican form of government in which you elect people to a chamber (we call a "Congress" and other nations call a "Parliament") to represent your interests. And that chamber has very important checks on the chief executive. As opposed to a pure "Democracy" in which the people vote for themselves the sorts of laws and policies that are passed. Which is what "Democrats" (noun) literally supports.

A Republic typically is ruled by a Constitution as the Law of the Land, and cannot so easily be amended. This gives stability and guaranteed rights and voices to minorities. A pure democracy, the majority rules all of the time, and is very easy to destroy the rights and voices of minorities. Which is why the "DEMOCRATS" were ultra-right-wing, pro-slavery, and founders of the KKK. And why the opposed the federal government when Lincoln was elected in the first place.

In other parts of the world and deeper in the past, "Republicans" were radicals that needed to be wiped out by the authoritarian monarchs of Europe. There were merchant republics like Genoa and Venice, and such nation-states were extremely successful commercial traders. And for good reason. But in any case, it was always understood that Republicans support....well....Republican forms of government that puts severe limits on the power of the chief executive (or the monarchs of Europe), hence, why they were "radicals" and "needed to be wiped out." They were a major threat to monarchies of Europe. At least, a threat to their ultimate power.

So no. You aren't a RINO. Only those who call themselves "Republican" that are authoritarian right-wing conservatives who call into question the legitimacy of our elections and who oppose the rights of minorities are the actual RINOs. They truly are NOT Republicans.

Couldn't agree more. I will be out in the street partying like we just won the world cup the day it happens. I already have a 6ft long "TRUMP IS DEAD" banner that I plan to fly from my car.

It was the result of a company that we dealt with delivering a banner we ordered for a special promotion a week late, rendering it useless. They wouldn't give a refund, only a credit and since I didn't have any need for another banner, on the spur of the moment I asked for this instead. The clerk was a little taken aback but I told him I really don't know when I'll need another banner but at least this one will get used and by ordering it now, I can almost guarantee it won't be late this time.

I agree with every word except the inexplicable line about how he isn't wishing for Drumpf's death. There's only maybe one death I'm looking forward to more than Dump's. Also absolutely loved this paragraph:

I know the evils of the GOP will continue without him, but not hearing about him anymore will be heavenly❤️.
