The honorable thing to do would be to concede the point, not try weasel out of it.don't they usually fly in teams and help each other out?

Belay that strawman nonsense.if a newly qualified pilot can't make difficult landings, they're not qualified for the job.
The honorable thing to do would be to concede the point, not try weasel out of it.are they both qualified? which is the better pilot?
You mean I should do the one thing you refuse to do?just humor me and answer the questions.
You mean I should do the one thing you refuse to do?
I go for an interview with a company and I don't get the job, how do I get the evidence for why I didn't get the job?It does work. If you have actual evidence of racial or sex employment discrimination, you won't have a hard time getting a lawyer. Those lawsuits usually include attorneys fees. But, again, you need actual evidence.
No one claims that everyone is equal at doing a job.American is probably the best there is. A person can go from rages to riches with hard work and brains. But the thing about meritocracy is that people are not equal in ability or self-discipline. So "inequality" will always exist. The Little Red Hen.
The entire point of using a staffing agency is that you can end an assignment instantly if someone is a risk. If you're keeping a "hazard" near expensive tools for a year and a half just to avoid a "ticketing show" or a hit to your recruitment bonus, there is something very wrong here.
And about those nurses, you previously claimed the nurses were better at the job than the PhDs, but now you're claiming that higher degrees pan out more for this "speak English and have a pulse" production job.
Which is it? If your success rate with degrees is so much better, then the nurses should not have been your "really good" examples.
t sounds like you were not actually hiring employees at all, but skating by with contractors to cheap out on labor costs, and then complaining about "US brainrot" that actually found you better workers like those nurses.
You observe that a less qualified minority got the job and you file a complaint with federal EEOC, which initiates a formal investigation.I go for an interview with a company and I don't get the job, how do I get the evidence for why I didn't get the job?
Some crimes, while quite real, leave behind little to no evidence. Lack of evidence does not justify convicting without evidence.I go for an interview with a company and I don't get the job, how do I get the evidence for why I didn't get the job?
So how do you prevent such crimes? It appears that MAGA's "solution" to reduce wrongful discrimination in hiring practices "sue them, and hope you can find evidence." History has proven that it doesn't work. Some crimes, while quite real, leave behind little to no evidence. Lack of evidence does not justify convicting without evidence.
You seem determined to avoid admitting that initial formal qualification doesn’t make one as good at the job as those who've been practicing the profession for years after attaining said qualification, but I'm not going to bother trying to make sense of this denialism any further.so, like, i guess i just have to ask the guy who's concocting this scenario.
But that's irrelevant, because every person who's been practicing the profession for years was once a person who recently attained said qualification. Should they have been passed over for someone with years of experience when they had recently attained their qualification? How do you expect anyone to get years of experience if you apply that standard? You seem determined to avoid admitting that initial formal qualification doesn’t make one as good at the job as those who've been practicing the profession for years after attaining said qualification, but I'm not going to bother trying to make sense of this denialism any further.
You're asking the wrong question. So how do you prevent such crimes? It appears that MAGA's "solution" to reduce wrongful discrimination in hiring practices "sue them, and hope you can find evidence." History has proven that it doesn't work.
So, other than the "no policy" policy, what policy does MAGA believe will work to reduce wrongful discrimination in hiring practices?
Those are two different questions. You're asking the wrong question.
The question is, by what mechanism does a DEI policy work to reduce wrongful discrimination in hiring practices?
Take Nike, Inc., for example. When Nike claims to implement a DEI policy, what problem(s) do you think this global corporation is trying to solve?
Not sure where here is, but this does represent a problem in the UK. If you then look at the males, certain groups are under represented, in particular white working class males and afro-caribbean males. This is a class issue. African males are over represented (an interesting phenomena that those of Black African ethnicity had the highest rate of university access whilst Black Afrocaribbean ethnicity had the lowest). The problem is that at least in part entry is judged on non-educational attainments that are harder for those from a poorer background to achieve. Here medical students are 44% male. No discrimination needed.
It's an interesting point to bring up with those that consider black folk to be less intelligent than white folk becuase they are black that in the UK the lowest performing segment in education are white, working class males, black working class males perform better. Not sure where here is, but this does represent a problem in the UK.
