Did Epstein run a World Satanic Ring?

Ah: what happened is that I put the link in blue - to indicate there is a link - and then reverted it back to what I thought was 'auto' mode; here it is again, hopefully showing properly:

In the meantime the wife of the prince, who appears to have romantc feelings towards the 'satanic' pimp is desperately broke. She writes to the pimp asking for money, as emails show. even though she can't now have the plausible denial of knowing of his, er, perverted tendencies, and not having the power of hindsight that these emails would ever be released.

Here's the thing - because we are all now shaking our heads saying 'nothing satanic about scrounging money' - in 2008, this same BRF member who has shown zero empathy or sympathy to the pimp's victims, was caught filming children in Turkish and Romanian orphanages and actually threatened with prosecution. She claims it was a 'humanitarian project' but now perhaps one can understand that some are saying Epstein was trading in worldwide importing of babies and children...and nobody seems to know what happened to them.
Still the same, still black on black. We had a discussion going on about this in I think New Forum, Broken Stuff

eta: you don't have to color links. The system does it automatically

I would opine that Howard Lutnick or Les Wexner calling Epstein a blackmailer is akin to the pot calling the kettle black. Wexner owned Victoria's Secrets lingerie company and provided - ahem - auditions of models who then paraded at fashion shows and competitions in front of a drooling leering Donald Trump, not to mention the seedy world of escorts. The fiction the Epstein acted alone shows how successful AG Pam Bondi and co have been in suppressing the full story. Bondi was the Florida prosecutor who gave a whole bunch of guys a free pass.

are you suggesting that lutnick or wexner were blackmailing epstein?

i think it's pretty undeniable by now that epstein wasn't acting alone nor trafficking to only himself.

They appear to hardly be of good character in the Epstein scandal for their to be lobbing bricks at Epstein's glass houses.

ok i guess. i think they called him a blackmailer because he was blackmailing people, not because he's a good or bad guy

Who was Epstein blackmailing? My observation is that he was happy to watch his 'targets' dig their own holes as deep as they liked. The recordings seem to have been for the benefit of his handlers, i.e., he was an operative for foreign powers. (He had passports in different names plus a residence permit in an Arabic country, as well as being in close cahoots with Maxwell.)

Jeffrey Epstein came from a blue-collar family in Brooklyn, NY. Dad was a gardener.
And? This is the United States, the whole point of our existence is anyone can become anything they want based on their own merits and luck. We are not confined to whatever our family names or titles allow.

He had no teaching qualifications, let alone in mathematics, yet William Barr, Snr., secured him a teaching job at a decent school...teaching maths. I
That was 1974, schools across our country were trying new things, and Dalton School is a private school, not a public school which allows them flexibility in hiring teachers. Epstein graduated high school at 16, and studied music in one college before transferring to NYU to study mathematics for about three years before dropping out. You imply he was uneducated, but the opposite was true. He just didn't finish college. Turns out he didn't need to.

I don't know why Epstein is referred to as 'a financier' or 'a billionaire', as you do, because he also has zero qualifications or licence to practise being a broker or financial adviser.
The guy literally started at the bottom as a floor trader for Bear Sterns, and worked his way up the food chain in four years to become a limited partner. Since you clearly do not understand the United States, or money, here's what you need to know. That kind of vertical move does not happen unless you have the chops, and a track record of profit for the company. The folks on the top floor of Bear Sterns do not waste their time.

As far as licensing goes, there are always ways around that. He didn't have a license, by Bear Sterns did, and he didn't work alone.

He had to leave Bear Sterns after playing fast and loose with a few trades. He then started IAC, which began as a legit financial consulting firm recovering money from fraud, and later drifted into shady practices. After that, he worked for Towers Financial Corp, a collection agency, and corporate raiding firm. Tower was, in fact, a Ponzi scheme. While working there, Epstein launched his own financial consulting agency: J. Epstein & Company. JE&C managed accounts for billionaires. So a million dollar service fee here, a million dollar commission there, and soon we're looking at real money.

Wexner is Epstein's only known client.

I'm a simple man, but I refer to Epstein as a billionaire based on his final portfolio.

Imagine being of sound mind, health and hardly old aged, with substantial wealth and simply handing over PoA to some semi-literate smuck who can't hold down a job
Let's see, he had jobs right out of when he dropped out of college up through 1993, when he left Towers to concentrate on JE&S full time. 16 years of holding down a job. And in the financial world, those guys, even the honest ones, do not operate like we blue-collar folk do. I live in Monterey, CA. Every day private jets land here filled with rich folks in town to play golf, and talk business. They arrive at 08:00, and are wheels-up no later than 18:30. He had three years of college level mathematics, I've had one. He skipped grades to graduate at 16.

This is why you fail. Epstein was not a semi-literate schmuck (nice of you to misspell it, BTW). He might not have been brilliant, but he was a professional conman. He learned from the best, and improved on their schemes. People like you buy into conspiracy theories - Epstein WAS a conspirator by the basic definition of the word. He scammed his way into truck-loads of money, and weaseled his way into all the choice inner circles across the globe. He knew money, the markets, and how to play people. And when he couldn't play them straight he'd find a way to blackmail them.

All the scientists who ever met him and spoken publicly have said they were shocked at the shallow level of his knowledge.
And yet they took his money. And a few went to his island, and or his townhouse. I'm curious as to your definition of ethics and intelligence.

Try again, Axxman300, as to how there is nothing at all unusual about the astonishing influence of this dude.
You need to get out more.

Maybe it's because I grew up surrounded by millionaires, but Epstein is just one of a small army of enterprising manipulators of the brain-dead, ego-driven, sexually demented trust-fund wealthy set. I worked retail sales in a high-end toy store. Wealthy educated people were always easier to manipulate simply because they don't believe they can be fooled.

If you don't believe that, just look at the crypto markets.

There are plenty of disgusting details that are in this document dump to be sure. But they are things that have been hinted at by reliable sources for almost two decades. The Stephen Hawking stuff is just off the hook (I mean, good for him, I guess). We knew Bill Gates was a sleaze-ball forever, and why is anyone shocked about Bill Clinton and his lack of judgement at any level when it involves his zipper?

What I'm curious about is the science and genetic stuff. I like science too, and if I was a billionaire I'd be giving money to science programs, but why those specific DNA fields?

a little from peter attia, longevity doctor that was friends with epstein

I still think the term 'financier' is a misnomer. I agree back in the day things were far less regulated pre- Madoff, Enron, etc., I even know someone who left school at sixteen with hardly any qualifications who is now a millionaire licensed insolvency practitioner. Nowadays you can't do that without passing tough exams and most firms won't even put you forward for the training unless you have entry-level accountancy qualifications. But even then, I am sceptical Epstein 'had the chops, and a track record of profit for the company' at Bear Stearns. Even then you need a good understanding of markets, volatility, interest rates, exchange rates, commodities, hedging, abitrage, etc. etc.

No, Epstein was not a financier, he was an asset. For reasons best known to Wexler, Wexler was his financier and Lutnick sold his property to Epstein for $10. Epstein IMV was an asset for a hostile foreign power. An asset is something owned by another having been bought. The question is, by whom and why? The idea that all these females were brought to his island, ranch and mansion was because he needed sex with three different females three times a day is obviously ludicrous. When people like Fergie begged him for loans where did the money come from, as he didn't work. He was just the middle man.

The guy Al bin Suleyman, who recently stood down as CEO for an international storage container company, appears to have the same name as the guy who bought Greater St. James, although he claims Epstein used his name without permission, via a shell company. This is the same guy who wrote to Epstein that he enjoyed the torture video. So the larger island was bought to keep prying eyes away from little St. James. Pimping can happen anywhere. Prostitution is no longer a crime, in the UK, at least, so clearly this was a club for people doing illegal stuff. Nothing to do with being a billionaire or 'financier'.

'Financier' is how he is generically described in the press. It is not my description. But then you knew that.
And he was, in the sense that from working with Stearns on, he was managing other people's money.

Calling him "semi-literate' is a pretty wild stretch, too. Hr skipped grades in high school and performed well enough for powerful.people to listen to him. While he never got a degree, he apparently didn't need one. He showed the cunning and savvy to do what others wanted done to make/save money. A degree means nothing by that metric; its all about what you can actually *do*, not what you went to school for before entering the real world of results.

I don't share your view. He was bent and that is why he was useful to other criminals who needed a 'respectable' front.

nope - he was extremely shallow, never truly understanding anything smart people told him.

but he must have been exceptionally charming and good at making people feel comfortable and good about themselves.
