Trump's promised ICE raids have begun

Working under the most adverse conditions imaginable, stalked, hunted, tailed, surveilled and viciously attacked by organized violent leftists every hour of the day, our heroic ICE officers selflessly defend our sovereignty and the lives of our people. True courage and devotion

But then ...

What government agency allowed a foreign consulate to operate outside of Wash DC??
Is it even legally there?? Can Foreign nations just operate a consulate in any randomly state and claim its foreign land. That don’t seem legal?

Serious question, why does Ecuador have a consulate in Minneapolis? Seems an odd location.

If there are known violent illegal immigrant criminals with judicial warrants for their arrest hiding out in the consulate they must be removed

Why is there an Ecuadorian consulate in Minneapolis? Sounds suspicious

Wait, are foreign consulates now being used as safe zones to thwart ICE?
President Trump and Tom Homan have made it clear that they are no longer willing to play cops and robbers.
If there are people inside those buildings who do not deserve to be in our country, they must be got out.
We respect diplomatic norms, but we respect our national security even more.
There can be no more loopholes or sanctuaries, not even inside consulates.

I started about 5 sarcastic responses to this but they were all too obvious.

So I'm left with the facepalm emoji

One is always astonished about how ignorant some folk are about the world they live in.

BREAKING: ICE agents were BLOCKED from

entering the Ecuadorian consulate in Minneapolis amid reports of illegals being harbored inside

The Ecuadorians should be EXPELLED from the US for providing a safe haven for illegals on our soil

RAID THE CONSULATE AND SEND THEM ALL BACK

Only because they're jealous of TACO getting to play out their national socialist fantasies. The republitraitor party hasn't been a normally functioning party in decades.
Yup. Trump is no Nixon. But remember how Nixon worked against US foreign policy by acting to prevent a ceasefire in Vietnam in order to damage LBJ politically.

But Trump is a continuation.

The rot had certainly started by Nixon.

The movie in his head is going to be amazing. Jaw-dropping one way or another. He should have a word with Melania - she probably knows some people.

Hmm. Is this a parody account? He couldn't just take 5 seconds to imagine how he'd feel about a US consulate in some other country being stormed by local government agents to grab an American citizen sheltering there.

🚨 Tom Homan just put the FEAR OF GOD into Minnesota leftists!

He’s launching a DATABASE on these insurrectionist clowns stalking & attacking ICE, full names, faces, the works and they’re gonna CONTACT THEIR EMPLOYERS!

“We’re gonna MAKE ‘EM FAMOUS! Let their bosses, neighborhoods, and schools know exactly who these people are. I bet a lot of their employers don’t even know what they’re up to!”

Homan is RELENTLESS, no mercy, no games.

This is why Tim Walz & Jacob Frey are CAVING like cowards right now!

Get ‘em, Tom!

Lock these anarchists up and expose every last one! LFG!

Just wait till these citizens exercising their constitutionally protected rights find out the totalitarian wannabe fascists intend to tell everyone who they are.

"I bet a lot of their employers don’t even know what they’re up to!” It doesn't really sound as if you have much of an idea what they're up to. If they're breaking any actual laws, and you know who they are, the conventional remedy is to go and arrest them and charge them. So what's stopping you? If they're not breaking any laws then <shrug> ◊◊◊◊ you, sunshine appears to be the appropriate response.

Stumbled across this. Seems experienced agents are tired of what they are ding and do not think the new recruits are adequately trained. Not sure if this offers hope for pushback from within, I doubt it. Also don’t know the reliability of the source.

It makes some sense, when you imagine the evolotion of ICE from what was probably once a fairly ordinary, if unpopular, service that a fairly ordinary person might find acceptable to do. While I'm sure plenty of ICE people are fine with what it has become, and others have drifted down without paying much attention, one can hope there's a tipping point, where people who thought they were doing something necessary and legal, even if it was unpleasant, start thinking that they did not sign up to become the secret police sent out to murder dissidents.

i think what we’ve seen in other areas of government, people that don’t fall in line are replaced by loyalists and white supremacists, of which there is no shortage apparently

of course things are rapidly falling apart since trump loyalists and white supremacists are morons
