The question of "will international law get enforced" is different from the original question of "is Trump subject to their jurisdiction".

Yes it is possible that even if Trump is subject to ICC jurisdiction, the ICC doesn't pursue him because the US is too powerful and protective of its felon-in-chief. The best that they might do is have a trial, and although he wouldn't be jailed following a conviction, it would still be an embarrassment (and might restrict his chances to travel internationally following his presidency)

What is the point? We already know right wingers hate large parts of the citzenry and are doing their best to make us disappear. We do not wish the same fate for them. They are welcome to take vaccinations and we will pay for them.
