I posted in the Current Events Asia sub-forum about some ad hoc citizen's groups in Hong Kong, in the aftermath of the catastrophic apartment fire, demanding/protesting for more transparency as to the way building reconstruction is regulated in terms of fire hazards and to find out what the officials are doing to ensure the residents who are displaced get housing. This didn't sit well with their 'leaders' in Beijing.

China’s national security authorities warned what they called "anti-China disruptors" that they may face strict punishment if they're not careful. Already one demonstrator, college student Miles Kwan, 24, was arrested after helping to circulate a petition asking for an independent probe into the fire. Kwan was charged with inciting sedition.

The thing is, I was struck by the similarity between the way the Chinese Communist leadership responded and the way the trump admin often does. Especially their common usage of the 's' word: sedition.

These authoritarian regimes are all alike, they all respond and react the same way. But I guess that's not really surprising. trump has repeatedly referred to China's leader XI Jinping as a "friend," and praised him for being "smart and tough."

The RPG-7 that Franklin appears to be holding is a Soviet weapon, used to great effect by the Mujahideen against the Soviet army and the Taliban against US and allied forces in Afghanistan. Not the best choice there really. Second, the back blast from firing an RPG from a helo like that would be a very very bad thing for those in the chopper. But given that this is Sec. Blue Falcon, no surprise there.
