The Truth about RFK Jr

At Immunologic Andrea Love wrote, "If RFK Jr.’s CDC now promoting the lie that vaccines cause autism while he personally profits off said lie isn’t a conflict of interest, I don’t know what is. Our health agencies are now full-blown propaganda machines."

A Single Flu Shot Changed His Life Forever...RFK Jr's voice was permanently damaged by the flu vaccine.

Spasmodic Dysphonia, a neurological condition, is listed as one of 100s of adverse effects in the package insert.

He has battled this vaccine injury since 1996

At SBM Jonathan Howard discussed the recent Atlantic article "Why is RFK Jr so convinced he is right?" Dr. Howard wrote, "This summer, The Atlantic published an article [by John Tierney] titled How Public Health Discredited Itself. This absurd piece of COVID revisionist history said:

Early in the pandemic, a few prominent researchers echoed Henderson’s warning that the unprecedented restrictions on liberty were not justified by the scientific literature and could cause much more harm than the virus. But these researchers—including Harvard’s Martin Kulldorff and Stanford’s John Ioannidis, Jay Bhattacharya, and Scott Atlas—were promptly vilified by colleagues, smeared in the press, and censored on social-media platforms...
"This was also obviously false, as I discussed in my article The Opinion Class: Practicing Focused Protection From Reality. Like Dr. Makary, Drs. Kulldorff and Bhattacharya, whom The Atlantic portrayed as supermen stronger than COVID, are also flailing now that they have real world responsibility for the first time." John Tierney also wrote the article for the City Journal which I cited in comment #2,199, on page 55 of this thread.

Of course, because as JD Vance points out so eloquently, if you say you actually like turkey, you're full of ◊◊◊◊. He points out, with his customary acumen, that we only bake enormous birds on special occasions, after all. Someone suggested that if you go to the supermarket you'll find turkey burgers and turkey cutlets and turkey parts, and sliced turkey, but that's undoubtedly fake news. Besides, there's little room left in the freezer, since my liking for beef requires that I slaughter a new cow every couple of weeks!

But I think we should praise Mr. Trump and his minions for their consistency. They don't just talk ◊◊◊◊, they eat it too!

False. It is a neurological condition of the basal ganglia with an unknown cause. No direct causal link to vaccines has been proven, with only a handful of cases claimed. It was not listed as a possible side-effect of flu vaccination.

On a monthly basis, i believe I eat more turkey than any other protein: Burgers, tacos, sausage, breakfast patties . . . They've all gone up in price by the way, though these goobers wouldn't know it because Jesse Watters told them grocery shopping isn't manly.

Also too, Valerie Anne Smith is full of ◊◊◊◊.

MedPageToday reported on recent happenings at the FDA. They wrote, "An FDA review claimed that at least 10 children died due to a COVID shot, the agency's vaccine regulator told staff in a memo on Friday, according to news reports. Vinay Prasad, MD, MPH, director of FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, suggested the deaths were related to myocarditis, reports said...Paul Offit, MD, of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, who reviewed the memo, called it a "dangerous and irresponsible thing to do."

"He [Prasad] says he has evidence that this vaccine killed 10 children, but that's not the way it works," Offit told MedPage Today. "If you think you have an extraordinary claim, you should back it up with extraordinary evidence."

"He should have submitted it to an excellent journal where it can be reviewed by subject matter experts who can say 'Yes, this is clear evidence,' then it can be published," Offit said. "That's the way it works." The analysis was led by FDA senior adviser Tracy Beth Høeg, MD, PhD, and reviewed by a team at the agency."

The NYT reported that, "Dr. Offit said children with vaccine-related myocarditis showed up at the hospital with cases that resolved quickly. “On the other hand, we saw children admitted to our hospital with myocarditis from the virus,” he said. “It was quite severe and caused admissions to the intensive care unit.”...Dr. Prasad, whose leadership style has rankled some people inside and outside the agency, complained in the latest memo of staff members who disagreed with the vaccine division’s direction and new policies, saying they were leaking information. He then outlined how employees could submit their resignations."

He could always lead by example...

The leading vaccine regulator at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a far stricter course for federal vaccine approvals, following claims from his team that Covid vaccines were linked to the deaths of at least 10 children.

Experts suggest the announcement will make the vaccine approval process significantly more difficult.

Dr Vinay Prasad, whose vaccine policy direction has been supported by the US health secretary, Robert F Kennedy Jr, told FDA staff that the agency would rethink its approach to vaccination programs, according to an internal agency email circulated on Friday and later obtained by several media outlets.

Prasad said the agency planned to re-examine annual flu-shot policies, consider limits on simultaneous vaccinations, and require more robust safety and efficacy data from pharmaceutical manufacturers before approval.

Of course its mere falsehood doesn't mean RFK Jr doesn't believe it.

But thank goodness, even if he does, he's not bitter about it and isn't waging a personal vendetta against vaccination. Much.

1. I'm pretty certain that the actual number of children who died due to a COVID shot was 0.

2. I'm pretty certain that the actual number of children who died due to not being vaccinated against COVID was a lot more than 0.

Further on this, the bivalent influenza vaccination was developed in the early 1940's and was widely given to the Allied forces, particularly US servicemen. So you would think out of the millions of service people inoculated at that time alone, this condition would be noticed if not widespread. And that the subsequent use in the general population would be even more so.

It was not.

Doing 30 seconds of research, it seems Valerie Anne Smith is a bigger mental case than RFK Jr. From her own bio:
In 2018, at the brink of despair and after decades of suffering, Valerie’s relentless pursuit of knowledge led her to explore the healing potential of a carnivore diet, focusing on nutrient-dense foods like beef, salt, and water. This radical dietary shift, initially met with personal resistance due to years of conditioned fear and restrictive eating habits, gradually quieted the debilitating mental turmoil and reversed her numerous physical ailments. Six years into her carnivore journey, Valerie has not only achieved complete remission from her mental and physical disorders but has also embraced a fulfilling life as a wife, mother, and health advocate. Her story, featured in the Journal of Metabolic Health, serves as a beacon of hope and a powerful reminder that sometimes, the path to healing lies in challenging long-held beliefs and embracing the therapeutic potential of food.
So she thinks jerky is a health food. And that salt and water are "nutrient-dense". Also, her head-shot is sCaRy!

Even if it was listed as a possible side-effect, it wouldn't imply a causal link, everything reported as a subsequent symptom gets listed.

From Jess Steier and colleagues at Unbiased Science a brief discussion of 9 vaccine myths:

"Myth 6: “Immunity from infection is better than immunity from vaccines.”

In some cases, immunity from infection may be stronger and longer-lasting compared to immunity from vaccines. But in other cases, this isn’t true — vaccine-induced immunity is actually more protective and longer-lasting against pathogens like human papillomavirus (HPV), Varicella Zoster Virus (VZV, causes chickenpox), and hepatitis B, to name a few. And COVID-19 vaccination has been shown to reduce the risk of long COVID, a benefit that infection alone doesn’t provide. And regardless, the path to immunity is much safer with vaccines. We can’t predict who will have a mild case of vaccine-preventable diseases and who will become severely ill. Vaccines provide immunity without the risks of the diseases themselves."

The only thing I would like to add is that I wish we could replace the term "natural immunity" with the term "surviver immunity."
