Trump's Second Term

This doesn't even touch the fact that most of these arrests, even on undocumented workers, ARE actually illegal! They've stormed....how many private businesses and residents without warrants by now?

Also, deporting anyone without due process is illegal. Period. It just is. Even from the simple fact that anyone can be accused of being an "undocumented immigrant,' including myself, and even jt512. Which is exactly why EVERYONE MUST have due process. Because if someone doesn't have due process, then none of us do. And this also doesn't even touch on the fact that even US citizens have been illegally arrested and detained.

Going a bit past that, during the previous Trump Administration, a number of citizens were deported. Plopped right down into very high risk spots without money, ID, phones, or knowing the local language. Even after clearly telling ICE that they were citizens. Some managed to make it back after quite a bit of... unpleasantness and managed to get into local news for a fleeting moment, quickly drowned out by the fire hose of Republican insanity. Who knows how many didn't make it back?

FIRST of all, all LEOs need an arrest warrant. They cannot just go up to random ass people and arrest them. They need an arrest warrant. Or actual probable cause if you are caught in the middle of committing a crime such as shoplifting, DUI, rape, assault, attempted murder, etc. But typically, they need an arrest warrant as the police very rarely catch anyone in the middle of a crime. Period. That's the ACTUAL law. Outside of this, they are committing a ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ of offenses every single time they so much as touch someone:

Trespassing on private property - If this applies (Home Depot partking lots, homes, apartments, etc.)
Breaking and entering -If this applies (Home Depot partking lots, homes, apartments, etc.)
Kidnapping
Assault
Battery
False imprisonment
Violating the 4th amendment - The very moment an officer asks for your ID and/or to identify yourself, the 4th amendment is automatically invoked. Which means they need probable cause. Not just a "hunch." That's where all of the above violations and crimes come in.

Deporting anyone without due process is a MAJOR violation of the Constitution in at least 2 places. One of which is a violation of the Supremecy Clause, because whether you like it or not, we ARE signatories to international treaties on human rights, and due process is a very basic human right. So it's a violation of the Supremacy Clause as well as the 5th Amendment. Besides the fact that anyone can accuse anyone else of being here illegally, including YOU! Without due process, (and yes, showing your documents, which again is a violation of the 4th Amendment) is part of due process. Since you are now declared to be "illegal," they don't have to accept any of your papers as proof that you are, in fact, a US citizen. And yes. It's already happened.

They aren't enforcing any laws whatsoever. They are violating a ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ of them. They are, very literally, ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ criminals. This is an indisputable fact.
If they are blatantly violating the constitution as you claim, then why have the courts not stopped them?

New US rules say countries with diversity policies are infringing human rights

Countries enforcing race or gender diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies will now be at risk of the Trump administration deeming them as infringing on human rights.

The State Department is issuing the new rules to all US embassies and consulates involved in compiling its annual report on global human rights abuses.

The new instructions also deem countries that subsidise abortion or facilitate mass migration as infringing on human rights.

"The Trump administration will not allow these human rights violations, such as the mutilation of children, laws that infringe on free speech, and racially discriminatory employment practices, to go unchecked."

For a moment of good news that leaves a bitter taste because it's even a thing -

Charges Dropped Against The Woman Homeland Security Shot 5 Times and Tried to Frame As a Terrorist.

Marimar Martinez, the Chicago woman who was repeatedly shot by a Homeland Security agent after they rammed her car and was then arrested on multiple charges has just seen – surprise, surprise – all of her charges magically dropped hours before the trial that would have completely exonerated her and shown her accusers as the lying reprehensible lowlifes they are.

Grok relying on internal DHS numbers... LOL. It is a fact that The Regime massages numbers to fit their narrative. The actual number of immigrants that commit crimes is very low unless you count "undocumented" as a crime, which is what The Regime is doing.
I asked GROK "Does ICE arrest based on racial profiling"
Response (my bolding)
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officially denies arresting individuals based on racial profiling, asserting that enforcement actions target immigration violations and criminal activity, not race, ethnicity, or appearance. However, extensive evidence from lawsuits, court rulings, media investigations, and community reports indicates that ICE practices in 2025—particularly under intensified deportation efforts—have disproportionately relied on factors like perceived Latino appearance, speaking Spanish, low-wage job types, and location, leading critics, civil rights groups, and some federal judges to conclude that racial profiling is a de facto component of many arrests. This has resulted in wrongful detentions of U.S. citizens and lawful residents, sparking ongoing legal challenges and public outcry.(DHS).

While ICE data shows arrests are driven by immigration status (e.g., 70% of 2025 arrests involved individuals with criminal convictions or pending charges), the lack of race-based tracking and patterns in enforcement suggest bias plays a role, especially in "roving patrols" and workplace sweeps.(DHS).

Oh, the DHS link in the reply is to this DHS press release (their bolding):

DHS Blasts National Public Radio’s Disgusting Race Baiting Smears Against America’s Brave ICE Agents as Law Enforcement Arrests Worst of the Worst in Washington, DC

Release Date: September 8, 2025
Baseless accusations of ‘racial profiling’ by NPR and other outlets are contributing to a 1000% increase in assaults against ICE law enforcement

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) today set the record straight on false allegations by National Public Radio (NPR) about U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers engaging in “racial profiling” of illegal aliens. No record or evidence of these anonymously sourced claims exist.

'I don't want them to think they won': U.S. citizen says masked officers stopped her

“It’s shameful that NPR would run anonymous and unsubstantiated allegations to smear our brave law enforcement as they are facing a more than 1000% increase in assaults against them. What makes someone a target of ICE is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity.” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “Secretary Noem has unleashed ICE to target the worst of the worst—including gang members, murderers, and rapists. 70% of ICE arrests are of criminal illegal aliens who have been convicted or have pending charges in the U.S. President Trump and Secretary Noem are putting the American people first by removing illegal aliens who pose a threat to our communities.”

*Australia waves!*

MTG resigns from Congress.

The reports say she knows she will be primaried by the Trump Admin, and the GOP, including herself quite possibly, are going to be crucified in the midterms next year.

I suspect there's also some cowardice about the prospect of her being Charlie Kirked at some time in the current presidency. She's not as brave as her mouth thinks it is.

Looking longer term, who will take odds she will stand for President in 2028? (And her VP pick will be Bobo! ;))
