It's also a little hypocritical for Republicans to clutch their pearls at being called "fascists" for their party's actions while having as one of their leading lights a guy who says openly that "communist" is a word that they'll use however they damn well please.

I wonder if that means he's planning to abolish state pesticide regulations too. Right now, products are reviewed and approved by the EPA, and then reviewed and approved by each state where a company wants to sell the product. who may have their own regulations. For example, New York restricts what products can be used on Long Island, to protect the watershed there.

Oh i forgot. It's Trump. He didn't say it. And if he said it, it was a joke. And she shouldn't have provoked him by having approximately the same colour skin as a piglet. FAKE NEWS. She shouldn't have asked about anything, it's not her place to question him, she should have praised him for stopping drip drip water and trransgender for all.

Following orders was enough to justify torturing prisoners of war why would we expect anything to change. We really owe the axis in WWII an apology so many innocent people railroaded by victors justice. I was following orders is enough to get one out of responsibility for criminal acts.

No, it's being reported, but the Trump fatigue is so widespread that it's nearly forgotten in the sea of Un-Presidentiality that is Donald Trump. If his mockery of the disabled reporter, his 6 bankruptcies, his 2 impeachments, his 34 felonies, his rape adjudication haven't sunk him, nothing will.

Epstein files won't either.

I disagree. Johnson, like Trump, was teflon for ages but eventually too much happened, and, worse, at least one scandal played into his own carefully cultivated image (of a bloke who enjoyed a good laugh) but with a damaging twist (of enjoying the laugh at the funerals of his supporters' loved ones).

Similarly, Trump is playing into several tropes that his QAnon supporters have believed in (face it, if they are looking for evidence of an elite covering up sexual abuse, Trump's well in the frame). And his actions like concentrating on the Epstein Memorial Ballroom are undermining his previously constructed image, so for many of his former supporters, he's turning from teflon to velcro.

And now he's starting to look weak, which is going to accelerate this.

It already is there, or we would have charged all those involved in torturing prisoners durring the war on terror. Really we need to stop believing the false hype that the military will not follow illegal orders. History shows that they will.
