Why the two weasel words at the end? Should women have to answer a questionnaire and if someone judges their reasons for an abortion as unsatisfactory, it's OK to harass them?

People object to abortions of convenience. I see no reason why their objections should be gagged, more than anyone else's objections or protests about things they disagree with.

And no, I don't think there needs to be a questionnaire. A simple doctor's note (in the case of medical necessity) or government finding (in the case of rape or incest) should be more than enough. I'd even be okay with a government finding of incest for the purpose of abortion not being usable for the prosecution of any crime related to the pregancy. So you can go confess to the magistrate or the shirriff or whoever that your brother got you pregnant, and it wouldn't be held against you in court.

In fact their abuse is equally directed at anyone having business at such clinics - doctors and other staff, delivery persons, etc. A person does not even have to be female to be the target of anti-abortionist abuse.
