Have you noticed that the 150m exclusion zones don't apply to anywhere but the clinics? That's because the clinics were where they wouldn't stop the harassment.

150m is a long distance, and probably arbitrarily so. But when you won't stop harassment, you get it enforced on you. You can't have the entire Met force at every protest.
